“This U-Haul store was a friendly place to rent from. They also run a New & Used tire shop on same building. They have trailers and trucks. They park them behind the building and you check in the far right door entrance. I don't know how many trucks they have in supply so Ask. Very friendly place.”

“Employees were attentive and professional. I rent a truck with a trailer for out of state moving purposes. Please check the vehicle before you leave the facility. They bring the truck upfront, and you can feel a rush on that. I try to fix mirrors and they were so hard to adjust, also I not be aware of right turn signal was not working after I have load the truck (my bad). After 1 hour of driving the air conditioning stop working, just hot air came out for more than 12 hours on the road was a misserable experience on June plus all food and groceries qet bad and have to throw to trash because 100 degrees hot was not joke. I buy a e-zpass for tolls but eneded up paying double because they charge anyway the tolls, they get anoying on it and they didn't care about even if you send the Toll Statement, I ask to the employee at pickup and She said they charge but She was not sure about the process. So they charge 1.00 extra for every toll you pass. I recommend to pay on cash at toll plazas that are available and wait for their bills, that can be in different bills too.”

“So after seeing all the positive reviews on here about Tyler I decided to take my truck which was having trailer wiring issues that my mechanic couldn't figure out. Let me tell you something. This guy TYLER!!! Jumped right into action. I explained the issue and he diagnosed and fixed the problem which explanation of why I was having the issue of my trailer brakes not working properly. He fixed and installed new parts and wires. I didn't even have an appointment. Like everyone else says. He deserves a raise and to be the face of Uhaul . The fact that he fixed the issue and explained everything very detailed was very important to me. TYLER IS THE MAN!!!!”
