We have known Vanessa for over 15 years. In that time we had four property sale or purchases and Vanessa has handled them all. We also recommend her to some friends and she sold their in less than a week. I would use Vanessa for any future real estate transactions.

All I can say is wow!! Jamie and Vanessa were absolutely incredible to work with from day one. They are both super nice and kind individuals. They're very fun and personable! Every time something needed to get done or question asked, Vanessa was on top of it, instantly. She picked up her phone every time we called or called back within minutes. She is such a go-getter and made communication a breeze. Jamie was super fun and fantastic during the whole process as well. He showed us over 30 house and knew exactly what to look for. He was extremely knowledgeable on what repairs would cost and what we should pay attention to in buying a home. He ended up taking us to more houses than on our list, and by doing that, we found our dream first home. Without these two helping us every step of the way we wouldn't have had the outcome we did. My husband and I are incredibly thankful to these two and will use them for our next house 100%!! We are happy to say Jamie and Vanessa are now some great new friends! ?
