It took a little bit of time and effort but they never gave up on trying to troubleshoot the problem. This place gets 5 star for me being assisted right away and helping to resolve my issue! They were polite, professional, and very determined!”

“Matthew the manager at Cricket assisted me in the most impressive Customer Care I've ever received in a retail store. I was having a lot of issues with T-Mobile and he ported my son's number and mine. He transfered all apps, data, phone numbers, pictures and on top of that, he hooked us up with HBO Max and gave us a way better plan with truly unlimited data with no slow downs like I was experiencing with T-Mobile. We ended up upgrading two phones and switched to phones over because our son went swimming with his old phone. They attention to detail and willingness to help was second to none. Talk about an All Star team! Jevon knows his stuff better than any other AT&T phone service employee I have ever met. He was willing to teach and help Ruth when she was unsure about certain things. Melvin was helping other customers but was also helping Ruth. I have been with AT&T/cingular for over 23 years!”
