“I’ve never been to a better T-mobile store ever. The store looks old and needs a remodel, but the staff there have the best customer service. They are friendly, smart, and efficient. The two that helped me today were Gabriel and Jose. I can’t rave enough about the help I received today. I will stick with T-Mobile from now on.”

“Matthew the manager at Cricket assisted me in the most impressive Customer Care I've ever received in a retail store. I was having a lot of issues with T-Mobile and he ported my son's number and mine. He transfered all apps, data, phone numbers, pictures and on top of that, he hooked us up with HBO Max and gave us a way better plan with truly unlimited data with no slow downs like I was experiencing with T-Mobile.
