“The waiting area is large enough to support a busy location. Parking is OK, but not enough handicap spots. Each time I go the staff is nice and my bloodwork is done without any bruising or pain. There are two check in computers. They could use another? But overall this location beats the LabCorp location that is near by.”

“So far a really good experience. Fast and uncomplicated. I haven´t had a wait time and the staff is really friendly.
The only thing I have to mention is that the communication with their partners is not the best. I got told (from the partner website) that I don´t need an appointment and in the Lab they told me by appointment ONLY. They took me anyway which is nice but that is something the lab should clearify.”

“Heads up: they DO NOT DO URINE ON SATURDAYS!!!!!! Had a walk-in on a Saturday which I own up as my own poor time management haha. A relatively long wait of course. No issues whatsoever with the staff, they are doing their best with a high demand and low staffing. Could use a few more chairs, but the building is clean and they're really honestly doing their best. Don't come at anybody sideways. Keep calm and carry on.”

“My daughter was attended to by a nurse with short hair who was extremely professional. My daughter is terrified of having blood drawn and this nurse was wonderful with her and very professional. I apologize because I don't know her name, but this nurse, She is a young woman, she is white, she has very short hair, in addition, she was friendly with my daughter, she managed to calm my daughter down, she didn't need any force, as was done the last few times in another unit of yours. This nurse who attended to us yesterday, and today took exams from my son and daughter and she demonstrated how much she knows how to deal with patients and children, she showed respect, a lot of love and attention. This nurse was the best nurse that served us at Quest in our entire lives. I would like to thank this nurse for all her care and patience with my family , but I want to congratulate the management of Quest in Celebration/FL for having such an exemplary professional. I would be very happy if this compliment came to this nurse's attention. Congratulations!”
