This will be my first move and of course that had me very stressed, from the first time I came to Evander Square to request information (5 months ago) I was very well attended to by Ali, from that moment on she was very attentive to my requirements and to kindly responded to all my questions every time I contacted her, today all the administrative requirements were finally met so that my family and I can be part of this beautiful community and make it our home, I am very grateful to Ali and the entire Evander team.

Let me start with the good first, then, the rest.
my girlfriend lives at Evander for some times.
and I used to comes visit and we used to go on the trail for a walk. celebrations is a nice area.
lost of trails to walk. tennis course on the down town, lakes etc , etc.
But all this facts doesn’t makes evander a good living place.
we desired to moved together and rented a 2/2 apartment.
When we came into the new apartment, they said to let them know, all the thinks wrong with it I made a list, send an email.
There were at least 6-8 things.
My girl went to the office to ask them, when they will come, and why was taking so long. The girl at the office answer was: We have others priorities and when we are done with them . We will come. That, never occur.
As soon we started living the first couples hours, we started to see those little friends. Small darker colors roaches.
The bath, still the same. The draws I need it to fix it myself. The curtain after couple weeks the came to fix it. But, the mildew on the bath, still there.
We are going to the thirth month now, the Exteeminator had comes at least 5th. They still living everywhere. Ants are everywhere . Including inside out bedroom area. Dead inside the window. Some nights ago. I was sleeping and fell one ants walking on my arm.
This month I was out of town, some others issues, put me on one day late on the rent. we received a letter delivered on our door,(Threatening us,)
under the laws of the florida agreement. within (3) days including holidays, your rent deposit will be retained as a liquidated damage and we will confiscate your deposit and your agreement will immediately terminated, a legal process will start agains you. Including lawyers which will comes out of your pockets.
And some others crazy things which at this moments i don’t recall.
This simple fact, makes me thing very hard what cain of people we are dealing with.
One day late, and a gun on my head. Either, you give me my money or, I destroy you like what they are full of, here. (Like a roach.)
An Italian girl who lived on the old apartment area spoke to us, she moved out because of the roaches.
We have some friends on the community and we decided to celebrate a friend gathering on the club house.

The manager came out the office and gave us (30 minutes) to lived the premise. Reason, suppose no one under any circumstances can have more then 4 people on the pool area.
And lest clarified something. We are all adults ppl. Very respectful and (no alcohol)
We had to go to one the a friend house, who lives about ten miles from here . Take the food with us. And finish her birthday over in Davenport.
The hallways are always dirty. two week ago, we decided to celebrate my partner birthday, and invited some friends. the Hallway has so much leaves and garbich blown by the win, and it was like that since we moved in. My mother in law when outside and, with a broom sweep The whole area. others wise, I can assure you. Up to this moment it will be on the same dirty circumstances.
Evader's managements is, really, really good on enforcing their rules, but when comes to their Tennant asking for problems on their behalf thinks start to get very different.
if you are person who like to live (roaches free). I tell you. this community. (Is not for you.)
So, overall, as I said. You do nothing with a nice community. But, when comes to your right, you have non. And when comes to theirs, they either ignores you. Or when collecting the rent, they acts like they are gangsters threatening you like a delinquent who need to moved out of their place immediately. And they becomes your enemy one day to the next.
I hope you guys think twice on all this points before anyone start to considers moving here…

It has been the best decision to be in Evander, it is safe, its areas are cozy. Thanks to Ali for guiding us, advising us and his support. He is a wonderful person. Your support has been essential. I recommend this beautiful place and of course Ali, with her you will feel at home.

We loved living in Evander, only reason we left was to purchase a home. Our in-laws still live there now and we all love its proximity to walking trails and nature. It’s so peaceful. Alirangela is one of the best leasing staff I’ve had the pleasure to work with, helping us with both move in and move out. She is very professional and organized, making everything painless. The maintenance guys are wonderful and timely, I’m gonna miss them!

Five stars because of Ali in the front office. She was the point of contact from my initial move in 5 years ago and was the one to take my keys on move out today (I’m only leaving because I recently was married, I would have stayed otherwise).
Ali has been a fixture of evander square for all these years, and always greets me remembering all of our past conversations, a hard trait to find in a leasing professional. If I could clone her and have her at every apartment front desk across the country, people would no longer buy homes and America would exclusively be a nation of renters.
To the big bosses:
Give Ali a 12% raise. Give Ali a massage chair for her office. Give Ali an unlimited snack budget.
