There is so much to love about Creation Village World School. We have been a part of the school for five years (from pre-school to 2nd grade), and each year gets better. Perhaps, the thing we love most is that the school and the IB approach it embraces aims to enhance students’ flourishing in all ways! Not defined by outdated standards and assessments, the school cultivates a holistic educational experience – building on children’s competencies and increasing their confidence, bringing in global perspectives and connecting the dots, and truly enhancing their engagement, learning, and social relationships. This is also thanks to the amazing teachers and staff – who truly love the children and go the extra mile. It feels like family from the first day of school. It’s hard to find a school like this one!

We were a family of the village for over five years. The positives of the school are that they offer fresh food, goats and chickens, a beautiful garden, and the cleanliness of the facility. For a long time we were proud to be part of the family, but the last three years we've seen a noticeable decline in both the daycare and the lower school. The lack of administration often led to little communication with families. Curriculum seems lacking and now that my kids are in another school, they are behind in basic Florida school standards. My child in daycare when asked for extra work to do as they were bored was told to just sit there and wait for their friends. When they acted out, out of boredom they were sent home. Make sure to read their student handbook as while we were there, this was in the guidelines. My child is excelling in another school and is finally understanding teachers aren't supposed to give up on you, but try to help you grow. In our experience they often used prayer instead of action to try and change behaviors. Prayer has its place, but sometimes actions and plans are needed with prayer. We came up with many plans that were not used with teachers after they were created for more than a few days. There are some amazing staff and teachers, but there are some that will just do the bare minimum. There was a lot of turn over in classroom teachers. Once we started questioning the village and addressing problems, the owner started ignoring us or walking away. Comments were made by teachers and I was concerned for my child's safety. It felt like my children had targets on their back once we made our concerns known. In some positives, the dean of the daycare and extra teachers in the daycare are caring, intelligent and care about the kids. The assistant teacher my child had for years in K-8 was our saving grace. My goals for the school was for my children to be safe, learn, and be ahead of their peers in Florida public schools. They ended up lacking and behind.Overall, it's an ok school and our experience may not be your experience, but I've talked with many other parents having the same concerns afraid to speak up still at the school or those that have left the village. We pray they find their way back to being a family focused dedicated to the kids school, as those years were amazing.

This school is amazing! Since its very inception, this school has been the model for Christian education. The founders of the school had a vision for this place of learning and it is clear to see how the school, administration, teachers, and staff are meeting the needs of the local community. I wish Creation Village had other locations across the country so my kids could attend!

Creation village has exceeded all of my high expectations and has provided more than I could have imagined or thought. This school is focused on academics as it is an IB school and as part of that is teaching my child how to be a reflective and deep thinker and my daughter is only in 2nd grade. Added to that and the part I have never experienced in any other school is that growing the children’s whole self to be the person God created them to be is as important of an initiative as academics. These children are learning how to identify their emotions, and learning techniques so that they grow to be mature leaders and how to work together as a whole, skills many adults don’t even have. Lastly, I love that the school is faith based which centers around Gods love. The school is beautiful and you just walk in and it feels at home. The quality of the teachers and staff are superior!! We couldn’t be happier at Creation Village.

We enjoy watching this school exceed expectations year after year! We love how it focuses on a holistic approach to education, while emphasizing character-building, resiliency, and grit, all in a Christian-based learning environment. I like how integrative and approachable it is to its local community. This school is soaring! Go River Hawks!Yay!

Creation Village World School is a place of inspiration for growing International Baccalaureate schools in the Americas. This place allows for development of a whole child through its philosophy of mind body and soul.It has school systems that are driven for three Cs in my opinion - Community , Commitment to Action driven learning and Collaboration. As a teacher - re searcher within the IB for 5 years now I can say that this place has given me as an educator space to grow and develop conceptual understanding within learners using Action and Agency as a core for teaching and learning. It is an IB school which is well resourced and offer many options to meet the diverse needs and interests of their students.Leadership in school also gives teachers agency to use different teaching techniques to cater to student needs.Being a student of Master's in International education , I see theory to practice coming live through our lived experiences.Overall being away from family in a new country the Village truly stands by every family together .

A one of a kind school that builds confidence and creativity while focussing on higher levels of education. A school that teaches through doing and balances academics with hands on biology.

What a blessing to work at and have my children attend this school! The teachers are like a family and the effort they put into the student’s education is exceptional. Very exciting to see the journey the school has been on and the direction it is going. Highly recommend to anyone infants through high school!

Not what it used to be. Sad to say this. You can pin point some AMAZING staff members... And you can start talking about the ones that are not amazing at all. The ones that take side, have favoritism, treat the non-favorite kids with a bad attitude, don't let them express their concerns, treat them differently and with indifference, ignore them. The ones that have a picture in the board with some of the classmates (not the whole class). You can also sense the difference. Some parents are ignored, some are glorified. The difference when there's a concern about your child being bullied, and nothing is done for the child in need. The child that assumes finishing the school year under survival mode - yes, survival mode. Horrible to see the back of the "school leader" at drop-off, because he's "sick and tired" of your questions about what's going to be done for your child. And when I say the "back" I mean the actual back... Turning towards the glass window to don't face you, not even for a good morning, while you tell your child "everything is going to be okey today, be strong, you can do this!". Unbelievable to notice that your kid had been bullied and you don't know until you pick them up from school, because they didn't even call you to report that something happened. When you realize that a report had not been completed to avoid paper trail. And when you demand for answers and you don't get them, The school used to be amazing... What happened? I don't know if money comes first, or if some of the faculty have "better priorities that the kids" Most certainly something happened along the way. Some kids are not there anymore, some are. But the fact that all the wrong things are not spoken out loud, has a lot to say too. Everything is told behind curtains. The parents' concerns are told in soft voice, many times due to fear of repercussion to our own kids. That's not right, that's not normal. That's not what normal should look like. I wish my child could have graduated from High School at this school, but my love from my kid comes before anything else. My kid comes first. My child safety comes first. My child psychological health comes first. And my child physical health comes first too. I could not handle one more hit (verbal and physical) - Enough is enough. I know I am not the only parent that went through this, but many don't speak up, God knows why. But I did, and I'll continue to speak up for my child, without being afraid, because I know who is right and who is wrong in this situation. I know who fail, and who survived. Bullying is not OK. Is not right, and needs to be a priority for every school. No school should side with the aggressor. Schools should be a safe place where as parents, you have the piece of mind that your kid is fine, learning and doing what a kid is meant to do at a school- Leaning! That's another subject of this review (or the lack of it) This school has so much more room for improvement. I hope they get there, or they go back to be what they used to be. I truly do hope for the best for them. There are always key elements, and the fact that is a pretty - well taken care of building - clean - with ne bathrooms and structures - with lots of chickens and goats - and fruits and vegetables - with vegetarian lunches and snacks - and a pretty playground, basketball court, and track field - don't necessarily covers everything. Sometimes a little less, is so much more (at least for me - talking about my experience only here). I pray for the kids that are there, and I pray for the faculty to reflect on the priorities overall. I pray for no kid to go through what we went through (anywhere). *disclaimer: our experience not necessarily reflects every kid's experience, don't assume this review will reflect your future, should you decide to join the school. is always good to try things for yourself, no matter the outcome other humans went through. What's good for some

I had HORRIBLE experience with Creation Village. We completed payment for my daughter's experience day, after they had scheduled a zoom meeting and I was told tha she got accepted. I had sent several email to the director and I was NEVER told by him that she wouldn't have a space until the school year started. This was very disappointing and not respectful. We have waited for so long for nothing. What is the point about have a child have an experience day and make the child wait? Why you don't do experience day when you have a space available at school?Creation Village be more respectful to child and parents.

We had a wonderful experience at this school! Our daughter attended the preschool and we felt very lucky to have found Creation Village. The school is transitioning to IB and has very strong inquiry-based teaching methodologies. They really work to make learning fun and engaging at every level. The teachers are both talented and very caring, and our daughter had nothing but positive experiences with them. We highly recommend.
