I had a fantastic experience. Specifically, Grant was super kind in helping me out. I'm new to woodworking as a hobby, and he spent a ton of time helping me choose a product. Not just telling me what to buy, but walking me through his thought process and what he thought about each product in my specific case.

The staff are awesome! They are always so helpful there. Robert clearly has a plethora of knowledge of all things involving woodworking because both times I been in there for a specific purchase, this time was for a Festool CT48AC, he was very informative and helpful, answering my all my questions and explaining everything. When I asked about a vacuum adaptor to connect the new vacuum to my planer and jointer, he created an adapter for me, but still explained that why I couldn't find an adapter for them was because regular shop vacuums are not designed for that purpose and said they're design for dust collection systems, and did not try to sell me one. I asked a few questions about them and he answered them, but did not pressure me to buy that too. He's amazing and he and his staff are why I will return there many more times! Excellent job by all of them! THANK YOU!

Want cheap tools and wood? This is not the right place for you. Want a great selection of beautiful exotic woods and fine woodworking tools? This is best place I have found around town. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and they had everything I needed for my project.

Amazing store and amazing service. Ron took the time months after a transaction to locate a receipt so I could get a warranty replacement from a manufacturer. It was complicated due to a bunch of different circumstances but he called back and double checked to make sure everything was correct. Truly unexpected from most stores these days. He went above and beyond. I drove from Jupiter Florida because they're the closest woodcraft which is unfortunate but I'm lucky they have such great staff and such an incredible store.

Had the best time at this Women's Woodworking Class (yes they have classes for men). My class had 7 women learning the proper way to handle power tools while learning techniques to help with your future projects. Connie was very knowledgeable and passionate about teaching the class. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. She even suggested the next class we should take to further our skills in woodworking. The class selected a wood to use for the project. You had a choice of Peruvian Walnut, Beachwood or Mahogany. The machines used were jointer, table saw, miter saw and a planer. After cutting everything we all selected board 4 pieces, glued them together, smoothed edges and put a few coats of mineral oil bring the original wood color and for protecting the board from bacteria. I enjoyed every bit of this class and I am looking forward to another class in the near future.
