“Just left this Ross location & I would love the highlight the customer service of Glenny. What an amazing help! I witnessed her help an elder shopper who uses a wheelchair. Most people are dismissive to people who are older and/or disabled but not Glenny. After the shopper’s personal items were misplaced, Glenny ensured that the items were found & returned.

I do hope in the future that Ross produces carts that are handicapped accessible so something like this can be avoided. But until then, great work Glenny! You were raised well.”

“The BEST outfitter for dancers and ravegoers alike. They have a massive selection of dancer heels and rave booties, literally wall-to-wall in their shoe room. They also have outfits for any occasion, with pieces ranging from bodysuits to thongs to ball gowns (they explained that girls who work at Rachel's, one of the local clubs here, are required to wear evening gowns as opposed to the stereotypical stripper outfits). While the pieces can be fairly pricey, the quality is stellar and you do get what you paid for. Finally - the absolute best part of the Sweet Heartz experience, in my opinion - the people who own and operate this establishment are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever encountered in customer service. They seriously deserve their flowers! I came in to shop for EDC Orlando - which is fast approaching - and they showed me everything they had to offer and helped me select the perfect pieces. When I was leaving, my car wouldn't start because of a battery issue and they let me stay inside the store while I waited for help. Incredible people, incredible place, would highly recommend!”

“This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Orlando. Honestly they offer more at substantially better prices than most of the chain thrift stores in the area. They have the perfect combination of an abundance of goods and a great variety. When first walking in, it does smell a bit funky, but the clothes never smell and its not so strong as to distract from the experience. I recommend OMG!Thrift to everyone i know.”
