Although the parking lot is dirty, being inside the supermarket was another story: For the first time in 8yrs (since visiting SD), I found myself in a clean, WELL ORGANIZED & (mostly) FULLY STOCKED of goods. Walmart with almost EVERYTHING you could possibly want in a store. Greatly appreciate the experience!

Love that Customer Service closes hours before the store, literally the dumbest thing I've heard of. Customer service rep was very rude about it too, but that's what I get for Walmart.

I have been going to this walmart for years, since 2001. DO NOT USE PICKUP/DELIVERY. I have had to speak to managers one too many times for not getting items and still being charged for it, whether it's pick up or delivery. Today was no different. I made an order yesterday Saturday July 6. The order was supposed to be delivered today, July 7. Walmart delivered a partial order. My dog, food and blush, (blush that has been on back order and is usually sold out) was delivered to someone else's home. I drove around my neighborhood to see if I could find it. I haven't received it and the people who received it have not brought it to my house. I contacted Walmart and they told me they will put a report against the driver. Her name is Jessica and I have to just reorder my stuff. I am so irate because I have a huge cement elephant in front of my house. There's no way you could get the wrong address. This is definitely the last time I will use Pick up and delivery from the Casselberry location, Walmart. Also, the supervisor could care less that my things were delivered to the wrong address. Very much a "OK, So what do you want me to do" attitude. Shut down that whole center, take your chances with just going in or ordering online from another Walmart.

Overall the store is decent. I can tell that the employees work hard to keep the store clean and put together. My rating is 100 percent because of the automotive section. The people that work back there are rude, don't care about their job, and unwilling to help you out with finding what you need. Everyone back there should be fired from whoever calls themselves a manager down to the cashier. Horrible customer service. What a blemish on what could possibly be a decent store.
