I went to this eye glass center to get a few pairs of glasses. I got lucky and the lady who help me was FANTASTIC. her name was Lori and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and a delight to have someone so pleasant to answer all my questions. It's so rare in today's world to find such great customer service. She's a true gem and I just wanted who ever might read these reviews to acknowledge her as I left the store forgetting to see the manger to let them know about my wonderful experience. Thank you

Walked in there to pick up my contacts and the women Linda was sitting there was on her phone apparently looked like she was scrolling looking for something.Didn’t want to interrupt her and waited.A few minutes go by and she still on her phone didn’t greet nor acknowledged me .I finally said how much longer are you gonna be?She then put her phone down and said I’m done what can I help you with?I said you could have greeted me or acknowledged me she just staredI then just said I’m here to pick up my contactsShe checked me out and I left and I WONT BE BACK!! Very rude!!

Extra star is for cost and warranty. Went in for children's glasses person that took care of me just seemed very unsure of everything. Was told glasses would be ready on a certain day and they weren't. Only information i could get is they are working on it and to call everyday. I asked if they could call the to get more information and was given a firm no.I am in the medical field myself and always go above and beyond for patients. I atleast give it a try.Very disappointed in service.

Was a very quick and easy way to get contacts and new glasses. Staff were very to the point and quick to act. Was able to set an appointment for today yesterday and was sent with a pair of contacts to last one month.

I would like to thank Dr. Graham and her team for giving me a thorough and caring eye exam. So yes... I can see and my contacts are comfortable, but let's get to the best part... everyone from the receptionist to the technician to the doctor were warm, kind, and professional. Now for the full disclosure... I'm Canadian and you know how smug we are about health care, right? Well, I got in the same day I called to make the appointment, she used all the same equipment and gave me the same exam as back home and it was actually cheaper! Ever cool, eh? ;)

During Hurricane Irma, I accidentally dropped and stepped on my glasses. The lenses were fine, but the wire that held the right lens together was broken. I went to a lenscrafters in waterford lakes and to a lenscrafters in the Howell Branch/ Semoran Plaza. Both of them said they couldn't fix it. They didn't even attempt to try. Feeling defeated, I went to this Walmart asking for a eye glass repair kit. I described the issue and right off the back "Robert" said we can probably get a bigger screw to force the wire to clamp down on the lens. I came back with my broken glasses an hour later, and in 5-10 minutes Robert fixed them. I begged to pay a repair cost, but he said no charge and it's company policy not to accept tips. Robert, you just won a customer for life! Thank you so much!
