This is the worst pharmacy so far.
Their pharmacist is not introducing his name when he answers the phone
He also delays medication more than any other Walgreens pharmacy.
Very bad reputation.

Came in to pick up my prescription after having to call in and verify it was ready (after being on hold with the pharmacy and then hung up on). I come in and I’m waiting to pick up my prescription. There was one lady ahead of me, they gave her the prescription she was picking up, She then asked for a dosing cup, they took, 15 min to get her a dosing cup. Then come back after I’ve been clearly waiting and they tell me I have to come back at 2. Where the customer serve especially since if your job had done correctly, you’d have more than
Enough time to help customers. Especially after I wait in line all that time.
I recommend, Publix pharmacy, CVS pharmacy, and even Walmart over being treated this way. Thankfully I’m not managing this store, team members who act like this must not respect their job, company, or employers.

Went to get a passport photo. Young woman behind the counter takes it, shows it to me for my approval, then proceeds to heavily photoshop it without my approval, prints it out, and sends me on my way. When I get home to see the zoomed in digital copy it is very obvious it is not useable for a passport. Passport site specifies no editing of photo allowed. I return to store and she refuses to refund as she never gave me a purchase receipt even though I have a bank statement and a kiosk receipt (which they make you use) with date, order number, transaction number, etc... Other coworker pulls me aside and tells me he has told her multiple times not to edit passport photos but she keeps doing it. The best part is she is a manager. I do some googling, call national Walgreens number, get sent around to three different departments, and finally I find out they can provide me with a receipt transaction number the store needs for a refund. Took this to the store and they issued me a refund. Asked if the store had the ability to look this up on their own and she says no... Go elsewhere for passport photos, they have no idea what they are doing. Also if you need a refund be prepared to do their job for them and figure out the transaction number they need on your own.

I purchased a green dot money card as I had to get my cash unto my paypal account. I walked home only to find there was NO money on the card. Neither Walgreens or Greendot will take any action outside of Green Dot cancelling my account. I emailed them THREE times with photos of the receipt and money card. Its been FOUR months and I am still without my funds. Manager has taken NO actions, no review of the security cameras, no review of sale records. Nothing, outside of contact Greendot. NEVER shop here. Thieves and Cons

READ THIS! Before you start dealing with this Asian Guy who is the pharmacist in this location. The doctor wrote me script and this guy refuses to do it and kept giving me advices to use something else that I had before for my after surgery pain! The doctor called personally to help with the Pharmacist issues and he still refused to do what he is hired to do! Hope soon he is out of this location, because I just got new house in the area ( I never ever had any issues with other locations for last 20 years, my doctor said same thing) I’m sure that it’s my mistake because if I read those reviews I would never say that this is my Pharmacy! Run from here and don’t Thank Me! Stay healthy and buy your medication from other locationsUPDATE: after I go to pick up my prescription do go to a different location. This guy who thinks he is a GoD! Trying to punish me a play smart and gives me OLD prescription I had on file with them from last year!!! I can’t even express myself !!!! This is ridiculous. Service is horrible. The pharmacists dont care about drive through. They keep you waiting for hours.i dont recommend covid tests either

I don't understand why I am reading bad reviews over and over and doesn't seem like Walgreens cares. The pharmacy is unprofessional and really doesn't seem to care. I will be going elsewhere in the future. Just seems like they hope I do. This is unfortunate because that Walgreens is the most convenient. You should be able to fill a simple prescription in 2 hours!

If I had to rate on 1-10 on service this store, specifically the pharmacy, gets a zero. Left on hold for half hour, ignored at drive through and just plain rude.

3 PM on a Tuesday afternoon nobody in line at the pharmacy or waiting and could not get a flu shot. "Come back tomorrow we can't help you today." I normally don't even go to this Walgreens but I decided to stop in on my way home to get one. I will definitely never come back because with no one waiting you don't have 15 minutes to administer a flu vaccine.

Completely unhelpful. Never received the call back I was promised. Had to call back myself only to be spoken to like I’m crazy for thinking my prescription is there. Doctor confirmed it was sent and received by the pharmacy but pharmacy still claims they can’t find it.

Honestly it seems like they are actively treating patients and care providers like utter garbage to push them away, so they have less work to do. Never had such wretched care like this place, and its the only one in walking distance, so I'm stuck. I have severe issues every time I need a medication filled. both me and my provider have to do phone tag with each other and the pharmacy, and each time, the pharmacy rudely gaslights us and tells us that the perscription was never sent. My doctor can send the fax in front of my eyeballs and those fools would still be telling us they never sent it. abysmal, rude, incompetent, underhanded. Worst pharmacy ive ever had the displeasure of being forced to use.
