“Its been 7 years since my first 2-star review for this store. I gave 2-stars because they actually charged me for a strip of tape to close a box. Out of 3 UPS stores I visited, this was the only store that charged. Granted it was only $1.00 I think, but come on... charging for a strip of tape?
Anyway, Im updating my review because I've been here many dozens of times throughout the years and speed is greater than being charged for tape. 99% of the time I'm in and out in under a couple of minutes when dropping off an Amazon return. Only time there may be a wait is if there is a line, but it moves quickly enough.
I still say shame on you for charging me for a strip of tape, but at this point I think you've earned 3 additional stars.”

“I came here last week to pack and ship my mother's four favorite paintings back to her hometown in Canada. She had recently passed away and the airport in Sudbury, Ontario was going to take them as a donation and put them on display. The gentleman working there was so nice and helpful.
