I’ve never once given a small Business a bad review but there will always be a first for everything. My dogs went here a few days ago and came home with cuts, both of the dogs. One of the dogs cried the whole night and I noticed she had some nics around her ears… this has also happened to my grandparents dog when bringing her to this location. I get that accidents happen but this has happened on more than one occasion and to three of the dogs that I know that come here. Do yourself and your pet a favor and avoid this place.

My first time there, they are friendly to dogs not humans. Not happy after looking at my 2 dogs closely. They charged me $78 for my 10pound Yorkshire terrier mix. Another $78 for for my 13 pound poodle mix and a another $15 for light matting for her alone. My poodle’s face looked choppy and poorly done by a novice. My Yorkshire face is cut asymmetrically. If you have a novice then charge novice prices.The only reason they got 2 stars is because my dogs didn’t look traumatized.

I forgot to take pictures of my grand puppy. But I was very happy with her shampoo and cut. I requested short, and they did a great job! Pricing was fabulous, and our Nina was looking pretty. I will bring her again when I am doggy sitting.

Not worth the travel to and from to be treated rudely by owner. Yes I had cancelled once due to my medical condition for which I am disabled and another due to a very sick dog who has cancer. I was given appointment time and when called to confirm I was told would need credit card to schedule appointment. There is no master groomer at Casselberry only in Maitland. Not worth the time or my energy to fight the traffic from Sanford to go there and be treated rudely.

I have a difficult rescue dog that isn't aggressive, but he's a one-person dog with separation anxiety that HAAAATES having his nails clipped. Mary was SO patient with him despite all of this and even better, did not make me feel like he was a burden or badly behaved. She took her time and was gentle and patient, which my pup and I both greatly appreciated. She even suggested having him come back once a month when the store is quiet to work with him on overcoming his grooming worries which is exceptional service that no other groomer has ever offered. He also looks fantastic and his fur is so soft!The only other thing I would mention is that even if you have an appointment, it is normal for your pup to be there for a few hours waiting for their turn because they are busy (which I didn't realize), so if you help your pup relax with CBD gummies or puppy xanax, be ready for that and speak with them about any concerns regarding timing to make sure you are all on the same page.

Upon arrival with my two furbabies the staff was very welcoming and you can just see the love for what they do and really cared that they met my expectations since that was my first visit. The experience was so great we went back again and now this will be our home groomer. I have a Maltese and Mini Schnauzer. A great sign was that my Maltese wasn't running for the door lol

My wild Ginger was groomed today and once again Stephie was able to make her beautiful even though she NEVER sits still ! Amazing !!!
