My experience here was by far better than most DMVs. Yolanda M was super speedy and genuinely helpful. I was changing my name and she helped me update things I didn’t even remember needed to be updated. 5/5!

It was my 2nd time to come back to change the address in my driver’s license. I am a non-US citizen. The first visit the lady said their email was down and unable to accept documents. When I came back with complete and approved paper documents, the lady just realized their verification system was down and unable to verify my documents. So I have to come back again. There’s no back up system in place if the first one is down. What a waste of my time! So inefficient! I thought its a first world country but this is comparable to a developing country! We, as taxpayers, deserve a better system and service than this!
