Only one cashier working, I was the only person waiting in line with one item and the cashier went to help a couple look at designer purses, she then stood there while they made multiple selections ultimately deciding on one bag. By the time they chose something the line had built up and she walked the couple past the line with their two carts to check them out. Normally when I buy items that are locked up I am told they will be waiting at the front for me which I can purchase after I wait in line.

Customer service is horrible, no one helped me when I was standing near the jewelry counter after making eye contact with three employees. The lady at the register could have asked me if I needed help but looked at me and turned around when there were no customers, so I clicked the assistance button and she responded rudely I could have just asked for help. Rude never spending money here

They live up to their motto, dress for less. It hasn't changed, and I did find a few things that I was interested in and purchased. Their hand soap aisle and Spa accessories...that's always been one of my favorite places to look in Ross when I go there.
