These people set me up to drive all the way up there only to tell me they sold the item once I arrived at THEIR scheduled time! Who does that? This Cynrhia person is horrible. Buyers BEWARE... stay away! >:(

Great experience from start to finish. Richard and his son are very knowledgeable in narrowing down the mattresses that would work best for me and not pushy. It was my lucky day. I got same day delivery. I want to add that after sleeping on my new bed, for the past few weeks, I'm waking up with no back pain.Purchased: Songbird 10" firm mattress.I definitely recommend RFO mattress store.

Richard has a no nonsense approach to his sales. He is honest, up front and beyond fair. Incredible prices an absolute blessing of a delivery charge and immediate availability of inventory. Perhaps most important, he is a LOCAL business owner making a difference in our Casselberry community and surviving while competing against the "big box" companies. STOP Don’t go anywhere else if you need a mattress. Super friendly and professional service. Came in and found the right mattress for us even though I had told them how much I had to budget was. we got one under budget With delivery and a frame. Rich was amazing and super helpful. 100 percent recommend.

If you need a new mattress definitely come here. Richard and his family where friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend coming here over a big box store. Ive had my mattress for over a month now and I am still in love. Prices are very comparable if not better. Delivery and set up was a breeze. We didn't purchase the first day and didn't feel pressured to buy which I love.

The mattresses at RFO Mattress are amazing, but the best part about RFO is Richard and his phenomenal service. He talked me through each mattress and which would work better for my family. He was knowledgeable, friendly and best of all not pushy at all. I stayed for an hour trying out each mattress and he patiently explained the pros and cons of each. I will never buy another mattress anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend making them your mattress store too. You won’t be disappointed.
