It says online that they are an official UPS store and they are not. I was told they can't deal with barcode returns.

Declining quality overall:When I come here , I generally pay a few bucks to print my labels, ask for them to tape up my box (or buy one if I lack it) and I'm good to go, and if I need to buy shipping they were always my first choice for the fast and fair pricing.However, first of all they have changed their hours and can't be bothered to update them on any major sites. Second of all, they frequently aren't open if it's even close to their closing time (I've gotten there 20 minutes earlier than the door-stated closing time, only to find it dark.More recently their customer service even when they are there has declined, such that I'd more strongly consider driving further out of my way for a more reliable shipping service.

I absolutely love this place and I go here for all of my shipping and notary needs because they are so friendly and helpful. I've been there to print resumes or have documents scanned, any shipping & it's so easy. Most helpful people around just honestly nice people

I ship 15 to 20 packages a week and was running to all 3 stores (ups, fed ex and the post office) everyday. Until I noticed this place. They will print out shipping labels for you, the owner was accommodating enough to help me tape it on, and they accept all three companies packages to ship out instead of me going to multiple locations. It has made my day and job so much easier.

I sell often on eBay and I love coming here for my shipping supplies. Very nice owners. Very helpful and considerate. Great prices and selections. All sizes and large poly bags. Glad they’re local.

I am not family. I am a very satisfied customer. I had some challenging objects to package and ship which arrived on time and intact. I wasn’t even charged for the packing. Great service. We are fortunate to have them in the neighborhood.
