The store is amazing! Great selection, and found exactly what we had wanted! Only problem, being denied a purchase due to recent store policy. Any item that does not have a price tag cannot be purchased , even if it has a purchase code that could be manually imputed. The two younger employees were absolutely sweet and completely understanding of our situation but the older women completely turned us away. Even after two people ahead of us purchased items without price tags. The store has a variety of products it would take a long time to comb through everything without price tags. New policies cannot be helped; but if there’s no compromise for this case scenario, It’s poor practical business considering it’s a thrift store. Creates a problem especially for people who traveled from out of town.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Orlando. Honestly they offer more at substantially better prices than most of the chain thrift stores in the area. They have the perfect combination of an abundance of goods and a great variety. When first walking in, it does smell a bit funky, but the clothes never smell and its not so strong as to distract from the experience. I recommend OMG!Thrift to everyone i know.

I liked it here. Neat enough, a lot of selection.
I just hate the heat and the AC was broken, within reason because the windows are somehow gone around the whole unit. I'm sure functioning AC would solve the smell people are referring to.

They have great prices and selection, but the store is a bit messy and unorganized.

I don't know what people are complaining about with the prices. I went there yesterday and got some athletic shorts for $1.99-$3.99 each, a nice skirt for $4.99, and only in the "boutique" section were things more expensive.

SO EXPENSIVE. 40 for a used pair of jeans. Place is clean and very well organized. Just prices are shocking.

been coming here since I moved to orlando 7 years ago. this is by far the BEST thrift store in orlando. I honestly don’t understand the complaints about pricing or anything really.. where are these people thrifting?? they have the cheapest clothes pricing i’ve found. I’m not sure about other items but for clothes this is #1. not to mention all the workers are always very friendly and welcoming. the store is HUGE so there is plenty of selection. I also love that everything is color coordinated and most days is very organized. I recommend coming when they open to avoid crowds on the weekend but I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience here. even if i dont find much that day i always find at least one great item to add to my collection which makes it really fun. I live an hour away now and I still make the trip a few times a month. set your expectations that this is a *secondhand store* and you won’t be disappointed, but happily surprised ??

Dirty, crowded and smells. Couldn’t shop for long because of the chaos in here. Not worth my time. Also AC was not working.

Walked in immediately smelt the stench/smell everyone was referring to. As for the A/C cooling situation within the place, it was just fine. There were plenty of fans throughout the place. It was a bit unorganized throughout the place with just stuff either on the floor or just thrown into a corner. But other than that, the pricing seemed decent within the place, and they have sales throughout the week. There is plenty of stuff to see and look at.

This thrift store used to be great. Then it got new owners, they jacked the prices way up to the point where you can find things cheaper when new, and they have deceptive discount practices. Like this: their tag discounts are not for housewares. But they don’t advertise that in the store. My son was excited about some legos we found and I assumed they’d be half off. Apparently not so. It’s a shame because when I was younger I used to love going here.

Everytime I walk in there the prices are too high. I have read the other reviews no need to explain again your pricing. The pricing is worse than Goodwills. Also as soon as you walk in it smells like wet mold. It is obscenely humid and hot in the building. Ended up leaving today because it was nicer outside. And do not try to say your ac was up because there is no way it is nicer outside than inside with this Florida heat.

I noticed what a previous person said-they often sell things for more than they cost in stores. If you go on sales it can be good

Do not waste your time. The store stinks like a wet dog and it’s super cluttered. I tried it twice just to make sure I wasn’t seeing things or smelling things and I will not go back.

This thrift would have potential (clean, organized) if it weren’t for the aggressive pricing (see MANY other reviews). I shop for media (records, CDs, books, DVDs) and the pricing, especially on records, is far beyond market for any of it.
In the response below, they’ll say they purchase their items, they price fairly based on condition, and many of their items are priced below market. But if I want dollar store items, I’ll go to the dollar store. People thrift so they can find something unusual that they can’t afford otherwise. OMG has removed the possibility of that, so it’s just another store.

Please, please, please, turn down, replace, fix, install, whatever the air conditioning! I'm sweating so badly I can't even try on anything because it's sticking to my body, which is disgusting when you realize so is everyone else. I would have looked around so much more if it had been a decent temperature in there!
