Excellent expertise and customer service. My first time coming to the store and now this will be my go to for all jewelry repairs. They only charged $5 a link for my wife's watch, it was too big for her. When she tried it on, she realized it was too tight and they fixed it for her without any problem at all. I highly recommend this place! The customer sevice is top notch!

Very expertly handled, beautiful craftsmanship I would tell anybody that needs jewelry repair to check this place out. I looked around at other places and one of the big time jewelry names quoted me five times the price Nick gave me to repair a ring I am so happy with the great price and his work equals or surpasses some of those big name companies and I think that’s why he can give such excellent service and prices. He probably doesn’t have the overhead they do.

I came in needing my wedding band increased in size. Nick figured out what I needed and adjusted the size perfectly, and it was ready for pick up the next day, cleaned and polished as well. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. We're lucky to have a craftsman that can provide this service in our neighborhood. Thanks very much!

Went in to get help with a clasp on my watch and change the battery in another. Nick was very kind and fixed the clasp quickly and easily so it doesn’t slip anymore. Though the battery was older and harder to find, he was able to eventually change that and clean out some of the corrosion from the previous battery. Thank you so much!

I've never met Nick.I called to talk about a watch that was running a bit fast, and he took the time to talk about my options and prices and other things. He was in no rush to get me off the phone, and seems like a very straight up kind of fella. I'm sure I will need some watch servicing at some point, and I will have no problem going to this dude.

A great guy, great products, great service, and great prices. Nick will get you what you want. He was also able to swap out multiple batteries and straps without a wait on both my Omega and Seiko. Highly recommend.
