The check-in machine AND the waiting room tv both claim you can check-in and then they'll text you to come back when it's your turn-- well, that's a lie. I checked in on time and went outside to wait, never got a text, and came back in 30 minutes later to ask where I was in line.The lady was very rude and said that they DON'T do text notifications and that I was late and thus had to reschedule. I showed her the machine where it has the option to text-- she claimed the machine may say that, but they dont do it (??)The other Quest locations I've been to do phone notifications.Avoid this location!! Rude staff and confusing.

A person name Shay here is extremely rude. I came through the door 15 mins before they close, I understand it can be frustrating to receive someone at the end of shift but the doctor sent me to test my baby who is sixk. She had the biggest attitude from the beginning and when I spoke up about it she started attacking me verbally, acussing me of being rude when all I did was advocate for myself and my baby in a respectful way, which nobody should have to in a place where professionalism is expected. I am thankfully for Judy who was kind with me and my baby. But Shay should get a course on customer service skills and understand that when people come to quest is not to inconvenience her but to care for our loved ones, if not she should find another career.

I had an appointment at 3 pm today at the Casselberry, FL location inside of Walmart. The older lady with glasses, who is part of the Reserves, who took my urine sample in room 3 was very rude. She treated me as though she was a drill sargeant and not friendly at all. I've been to be this location on a few occasions and never had a bad experience until now. After l dumped out the items in the bag with the urine bottle, the bottle didn't come out so l took it out. The bottle was closed, yet she scolded me and told me that she said to dump it out and now it's contaminated and I need to listen to directions. What horrible service! It makes me not want to have to go to that location or refer any of my coworkers there ever again.

Managed to not do an important blood test of mine, and then mess it up again a second time. It takes over a week to get back, and I’ve had to push important doctors appointments that I’ve been waiting for for weeks to months back because of it. Awful experience with the employees here. So difficult to get any communication without attitude. I’m already upset and confused about my health, I had never cried to a stranger before but with the way things were handled I couldn’t help it. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

My tech was absolutely one of the best I've had ever. I did take a risk as a walking and waited 30 minutes at the most.I would certainly recommend this Quest location.

They do the best job they can! But if you don’t have an appointment good luck ! You will wait for hours ! Always make appointments and you’ll be in and out of the place in no time. But if you don’t make an appointment, they are not very nice.

I have always had prompt, friendly and professional service here. I always make an appointment through MyQuest and show up a few minutes early. I've never had to wait very long and sometimes get in before my appointment time if they aren't busy. I have had a good experience with every tech I've had here.

Overall, kind and competent emoyees. Great on routine blood tests. Respectful of schedules yet try to get unscheduled individuals care. On more complicated tests, such as fetal saming, recommend hospital.

I was a walk in got called back in less than 5 minutes. Kelly was amazing!!! She is a great phlebotomist.

I like to give 5 stars. Mrs. Rolle customer service and communication was everything. My daughter and I got there on time w/ appointment,service was busy but business was moving.Thanks Quest made my Saturday easy.

This Quest location in the Walmart in Casselberry was the worst experience with a Quest I have ever had. They could not pull up my order in the system. I called my doctor to send it electronically and they already had. My doctor faxed the order over and the Quest employees claimed they still did not receive it. We also attempted to email the orders, and the Quest employees struggled with that as well. There was no consideration for my time, as I asked when I first arrived if I needed the physical order and was told no. There were multiple opportunities for me to get the physical paper from home, but I was told that the other methods should work. They didnt. My time was wasted, and the employees were not helpful or considerate.The worst location!

What is the point of making appointment that to two weeks in advance if I have to wait. My appointment time was 7:40 am and they were taking walk in before they took me. Just have walk ins then. I was seen at 8:34 am. This is just unacceptable.
