Tech was very sweet. She made the visit as pain free as possible. I'm hard to stick and this tech chose the butterfly and pediatric tubes without being asked.

Why not provide a seating bench outside the door since there are not enough seats inside? Seniors standing around waiting to be called is hard to see.

Made appointment online, got a reminder day before, received link to check-in morning of appointment, checked in through link when I arrived, by the time I walked into the office, name was already posted, called in within 10mins.
