5 + stars for Jefferson Lake Howell Staff! I recently moved from a 2/2 lake view apartment to a 1/1 lake view apartment. The view is beautiful and very peaceful. The amenities here make you feel like you’re at a 5 star resort.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the incredible office and maintenance staff here who have been very friendly, accommodating, communicative, and efficient. Jessica, Nina and Cory - thank you for providing exceptional service and support. Your actions demonstrate professionalism and it’s very evident how much you care about the residents. Omar and Victor are also amazing! Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, quality and expertise is very evident in the work they do.
I am very thankful and appreciative to all the staff here (one of the reasons I have remained in the complex). Thank you for making such a positive impact in all that you do.

I do not live here anymore, I will say when everything actually works it’s a great place to live.
I loved our maintenance people and I love the office manager Corey she’s amazing, and deserves a raise 100%
HOWEVER it was very rare when anything was working, for example, we pay for amenities that NEVER worked! The BBQ area was never working and when you call someone to come help fix it, they don’t come and fix it. The trash would rarely get picked up especially paying for vallet trash. The pool never got cleaned; it always has leaves or bugs in it. My sweet neighbor had a meeting with the office about how they handle certain situations and because of that did not allow her to continue leading because it was against policy, although she was bringing up serious issues our buildings were having. I’m happy I left personally, some things need more focus on, especially when coming to the amenities. Not to mention the gate breaks down and takes months to fix; and took 2 years to build a bridge that they advertised was ready to use when we first moved in.

We have been living at Jefferson Lake Howell over a year and I haven’t seen such a beautiful complex nearby. The location is great, the amenities let you feel like a real resort. The maintenance team is making a great job. The new dock is such a great spot! The service at the Leasing Office is always kind. I have to say that living at this complex has been like a dream. I have definitely no complaints.

I can’t say how it would be to live here as I have had no contact from them after paying application and administration fees as part of their application process. I emailed, completed the “contact us” form on the website, left a voice mail and spoke to someone who stated Jessica would call me back. It has been three days with no response. Renters beware.
Edit after seeing the reply: We received no communication from you even after leaving messages. There was no prompt request for documentation even after paying the application and administrative fees. We did receive an approval email but not until after we had signed a lease elsewhere.

Thanks to the property manager “Corey” who helped me with my initial and short notice move-in. She was super helpful , professional , kind, informative and responded to all of my emails/calls in a timely manner.
I have a beautiful, clean 3 bedroom apartment . The hallways are very clean and there are plenty of parking space , the neighbors are friendly, as well.
The only downside was when I moved in there was a shortage somewhere connected to the microwave and the dishwasher needed to be reset. All of the appliances are new so it has nothing to do with poor maintenance care ( just technician issues) out of anyone’s control .
I immediately requested service to fix such issues and soon enough both maintenance men were at my door. The maintenance men were super professional and took their time to resolve my appliances issue . I was extremely impressed by their work ethics and politeness .

We are Korean, and it was our first time living in the United States. I returned to Korea after living here for a year, and it felt like a dream.When looking for a house, I looked at about 5 apartments nearby, but none were as good as this one.I tried to find a house in Oviedo, near UCF, but even the places with similar prices here had smaller areas.I lived in a place with a lake view next to the pool and clubhouse, and I was very satisfied. There were a lot of people in the pool on the weekends, perhaps because the pool was nice, but it didn't matter because you could swim on weekdays.There was a lot of storage space in the kitchen, and I was satisfied with the dressing room in each room. I had a great time without any inconvenience during my one year stay.The apartment facilities were overall clean and well maintained. The clubhouse and swimming pool seemed to be maintained every day, and it was nice that the pool was cleaned regularly.I was so satisfied with the apartment that I spent a year feeling like I was on vacation at a resort.thank you
