Great service by Jamal and Allison were SUPER friendly and nice, they upgraded me to an SUV without extra costs which was great. I really enjoyed talking with them and had a great experience.

Car was not ready when arrived. When I asked to be upgraded into one of the two Dodge Challengers on the lot the woman behind the counter told me they were "her bosses cars". Lies and disrespect do not make a for good business practice. Work requires me to rent through Hertz, but it will never be through this location again.

This place is the worst experience you can get, no vehicles in stock, will give you the first thing they have even if it's not suitable and your suitcases don't fit!If you complain they tell you to go to the airport and get a replacement, the thing is, the other Hertz on the area are owned by other people( franchise) and they don't have to help you unless they want!

This place takes your money for your reservation then when you get there they don’t have your car and try to give you an upgraded car and charge you for it even though it is not your fault they don’t have what you reserved. The girl at the front desk will just hand you a 1-800 number to call without giving two craps about you. Then she said it wasn’t her fault and sends you on your way. SCAMMER ALERT DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

I rented a car for the weekend To go out of town. I initially noticed a funny smell. But they had just cleaned the car and they sprayed a lot of air freshener in it.When I got the car home. I left the windows open to kind of let the car air out since I had to leave the following morning. As the air freshener wore off the smell of weed and cigarette smoke increased, it was like it was in the carpets. I called the office of course it was closed by that time. In the morning when I got in the car. The smoke smell was unbearable. I called the office And was advised that they didn't have any more cars available that I would have to go to the airport to get another vehicle. Which I didn't have time to do because we need to leave that am. I told him I would keep the vehicle and try to air it out over the weekend. But I needed some type of refund because the car smelt horrible. We sprayed so much frebreez and air freshener in the car in order to drive it. I asked them for a refund of some of my money for my inconvenience over the phone. And when I return the car, I filed a complaint. They never gave me any money back. They never gave me any refund, no discount at all I think this office has very poor customer service. And they don't really care at all and I would never rent for them again And I would advise no one To rent from this location.

Absolutely the worst experience as they have no idea what a Third Party credit Card is and claims Hertz the company doesn't take a World Elite BMO Credit card which is used worldwide from vacationers who rent from Hertz Daily. This branch should be closed down as they are deemed to be paranoid and do not trust their customers.

These guys really came through for me when I needed a rental to deal with a family emergency, just two days before Thanksgiving. They helped make an already stressful situation seem way more manageable, and I appreciate the service that I received.

Don't rent from Hertz. Our reserved vehicle was not there, and the only vehicle with enough seats was 40 minutes away downtown. We drove there (at rush hour on Friday), calling ahead to confirm we were coming. On arrival, at 5:05, the employees had left. No one answers the phone, and no vehicle for our family trip tomorrow. After half an hour finally reached corporate office who said we can pick up a vehicle 30 minutes in the opposite direction (why didn't the Longwood office send us there in the first place?) But for twice the cost. Or we can "cancel without a cancellation fee". Gee, thanks. First and last time dealing with Hertz.

Totally wasted my time. Reserved a car and came on time and they said I was going to be on a wait list. Why have inventory reserved? 8 people ahead of me? What are you an airline overselling? Very rudely watched me waiting patiently for my turn before sharing that I’d have to wait 8th on the list.
