Horrible shopping experience. Unbelievably rude staff. The female manager speaks so harshly to everyone; sounding like a pit boss. Including a gentleman attempting to make a return.The customer in front of me was given a 10% discount on an air compressor. The manager offered it to him out of the blue. I asked for the same on, a $99 Jump Start pack and was denied. I needed my cell phone to get the discount. (I had left it at home)I chose to order off of Amazon. Why this woman is so rude, is beyond me. Why everyone can't get the same discount is also strange, and a sure way to lose business.I'm NOT their core customer; and I NEVER will be. I will look elsewhere for better service.

I look for reasons to go to this Harbor Freight. It's always clean. Staff is usually friendly. There was only one time when staff was not very nice but, understandably, I heard some lady manager yelling at staff from the backroom. Other than that, I love this store and it's people.

It's Tim the tool man Taylor's home away from home, it's every do it yourself person's dream even for the experienced. Plenty of equipment for everyone to enjoy and lots of great products.

I was told after buying 3 toolboxes online from Harbor Freight that they don't recognize the manufacturer. Nor do they sell those products. I found out I had been scammed from what they were telling me at Harbor Freight.

First if all I only really buy the icon tools, don't really bother with the other stuff, other than that the tools are great, friendly staff, no hassle buying experience. Come here often as they always have a deal on something I want or need.
