Some GWs are better/worse than others. Everything at this one seemed overpriced. Anything I considered buying was at least twice as much as I feel would have been a fair price for it. I didn't feel like paying $40 for something that was the same price or even less new.

Generally, i love this location (though the prices can get ridiculous- so you wait for the color day-easy peezy). I can understand their purpose in setting the return policies and i don't fault them for what they are. YOU have the choice to buy or don't. What i DO have a problem is that some of the staff desperately needs to be retrained in customer service. I had a lady last night (M***ha) who confidently gave me an off the cuff, over inflated price when i asked her what something was with no tag. No research, no nothing. Didnt even recommend me asking an actual ticketer from the back. (I did get a tag put on it before paying- the amount was well below her random quote). When i asked her if she was familiar with the return policy for electronics, she nearly flat out refused to tell me details, but rather saying "it's on the reciept". After the 3rd time she told me this, i said, "Dont i have to buy something first to get a receipt so i can read the policy??" To which she then tells me the policy but i cant trust her now. I tell her i'll look on the website instead. Idk what her deal was, but she clearly did not want to be there or execute a reasonable amount of quality customer service. The rest of the staff there was lovely and accomodating though. I will remember her and avoid her. The one who proudly wears her name badge backwards.

I’ve been to this Goodwill location many times and always found something, even if it was slightly overpriced. I walked in today, had an armful of things, and then saw the dressing rooms were no longer there. I don’t live in the area, but stop by when I come over here. I wasted half an hour in this store since I can’t try anything on. It’s not convenient for me to come return the things that don’t fit since I don’t live in the area.

Goodwill as a whole went way downhill. No selection, a bunch of junk for laughable prices. There's other thrift stores that are way more reasonable. Do better Goodwill, your inventory is literally donated.

No fitting rooms and they only do exchanges, they don’t offer returns or refunds. Also, seems like prices are going up and up. They have some cute stuff and the store is pretty organized but not worth risking $10 for a used shirt that I don’t even know whether or not it fits.

My favorite goodwill but man they’re expense but they have good stuff. I won’t pay a pair of used boys shoes for $25 at goodwill now way. But if you catch some items on sale you’re a winner .

This goodwill is a complete waste of your time. There is no fitting rooms, no returns. They have ridiculously overpriced their products. You're better off buying brand new items for the same price or cheaper from other store than buying overpriced second hand items from goodwill.Save your time and gas.

GW has to start doing better.... Here's a plate original store sticker price $3.99. It was donated to GW. GW got it for FREE and GW is pricing it at $4.99. Seriously Ridiculous!!

Wow i am blown away at the prices of things on this store. I thought goodwill is supposed to help people, not rip them off. Dont waste your time if your looking to save a dollar.

Wasn't impressed with this location. The music was very loud, and it was fairly unorganized inside. There is hardly any selection of books at this location. There are no longer dressing rooms, as many others have stated. I saw a pair of used shoes for $40. Seems like the quality is really dropping overall.

Extremely loud music and announcements, poor and overpriced selection, no dressing rooms. Why are you pricing a scratched chair at $100 when you got it for free?? Old worn out active wear being priced at the same price as buying new..
