DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Unethical and dishonest! I used them 7 years ago for a move from my house to my apartment. Their workers were rushing and using dangerous body mechanics which resulted in 1 of them injuring himself on the job and having to leave. The crew was understaffed to finish the job AND it started raining. They kept working thru the rain without adequately covering my belongings. Seemed like they were rushing to finish their shift and get home. The end result of this sloppy operation? Scratches on my sons bed frame, water stains from the rain on my canvas picture, a broken decorative mirror, torn upholstery on my couch and chipped wood on the same couch. I filled out their claims form and had to follow up more than once to hold them responsible for taking action. The only action they took was to fix wood chips. The rest they blew off. My busy life didn't allow me the space to keep hounding them to follow through with their responsibility. So they never did. In truth they earned zero stars.

Do NOT hire this moving company. It is the worst experience I had. I was scheduled to move on one day at 9 am, I was called at 9:30 to cancel because driver called out sick. I was rescheduled to the next day at 9 am. I called the office 3 times to ask where movers were because it was passed 9:40. The drives come in strolling at 10:40 am. He tell me he was there to work yesterday but it was because of me that the move was cancelled. Then they started working, they banged up a glass table, the walls, scratched furniture, lost screws to furniture. Told me they will come back another day and “rig something up.”

I have used this company many times over the years but this time was absolutely awful. I called the office to discuss the issues (which should have raised very serious concerns) and they said the owner would call me. He has still not returned my call; that was 2 weeks ago. NEVER again.

Hired these movers last year there movers broke my daughter's bed filed and claim and was never reimbursed then a year later find out my dinning room table was also broken when put back together that's total damages of $1800.00 that has not even been thought about or addressed and they stopped answering the phone to even address the issue.

From Jason to Pam to the actual 3 movers, they made it easy and less stressful. The movers were professional and personable. They were on time, loaded and unloaded in a 104 degree heat index, asked where I wanted every box, and even set things up for me. I will always recommended this company and thank them all for a smooth transition!

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Hired them for a small move 3 weeks out. Called 2 days before and confirmed my move with Heather. Gave her my work number to call only during the week but gave my personal cell # to call the day of. The movers NEVER showed up, I called the answering service 4 times and gave them my number to call to get a status on where they were. Never got a return call. Called today to inquire why they didn't show up and spoke to Pam. The WORST customer service ever. She stated she called me to confirm and the movers called me 11 times (yeah, right) but they called my work phone. I explained to her that this was NOT the number to be calling as provided to Heather. I also confirmed with the answering service that they were paging my with correct number - which they were. Pam was not apologetic AT ALL and kept saying "well we tried to call". No remorse, no apology, nothing. I told her the answering service had my number because I had confirmed it with them 4 TIMES! Her attitude was UNACCEPTABLE. This is completely awful to leave someone sitting around all day waiting for them and they don't show up then use some stupid excuse of them calling the WRONG number! I will NEVER use them and you should all be warned. They DO NOT care about their customers WHATSOEVER! I will be giving this review on all social media outlets, the BBB, and a written letter to the owner!!

Hired Go Moving to pack and move for us last week (a two-day move). We have a ton of stuff, and the packing took longer than expected. Going into Day 2, I'll admit that I was a little nervous, but the morning of the second day they sent SEVEN people out to ensure my move was completed that day and on time! So impressed!!

I contacted go moving and they gave me the cheapest quote. Today was my moving day and they moved me and roommate out of our house to two different locations. They were super professional, super fast/careful, super knowledgeable, and just all around great guys. If I ever need moving services again, this will the only people who I will contact. Thank you, you got a customer for life!!!
