Luis the store manager is very knowledgeable of all aspects of flooring from design to installation. I found talking with him very beneficial.

Was not a pleasurable experience at all,
Everything started out good until after they got my money,
The Demolition Team was great except they failed to cover all work ares leaving dust everywhere, Floors did come out very nice, installers did a great job I’m am very happy with them, I get a call from the store from Louis & Dustin saying they need more money because the laundry room wasn’t in the initial diagram and should of been and basically told me oh well you should of looked at the diagram closer, when I called the store both of them refused to take my call, very unprofessional and do not care about the customer to make things right.
So be very careful at this store, read everything and get copies,

I have worked with a lot of flooring companies flipping properties and my experience with Dustin and Flooring America was great from start to finish, including installation. I highly recommend using them.

Now that the dust has settled a bit on my flooring project I can look back and assess the unique experience with Flooring America Casselberry. Over the past year I visited several different flooring stores having to replace very old carpeting due to wear and other contributing factors. I only knew I didn't want carpet again but was somewhat overwhelmed with the choices and options for an alternative. I went in thinking maybe laminate or luxury vinyl or perhaps neither and that's when I met Luis A. Within a few minutes of talking with him about my situation and where I was headed with the project he introduced the idea of a hybrid flooring that is both waterproof and durable. I mentioned my place wasn't very large square foot wise and he instinctively knew I needed to go lighter to give a sense of spaciousness and something not too busy so the furnishings can be the highlight. He brought me immediately to the product I wound up going with and though I resisted thinking I could find something better, after eliminating many other options for different reasons realized he was correct. I was impressed by this as in my mind this indicates a talent for what one does. After talking briefly with another associate Dustin on a separate visit I can confidently say whoever you work with here can definitely help you find the best thing for your project and keep you within your budget. Just look at the other reviews.. do yourself a favor and at least pay them a visit to see if they can assist you achieve your goals!

Went here for the first time looking for few pool tile. These guys were great. As soon as we walked in they were helping, giving idea, came out with their catalog going through it with us. Even went back in the wearhouse to check. Once we found what we wanted ordered with no issues and coming in a week. Great customer service, professional, friendly.

In July 2023 I walked into the flooring store and met Dustin Chandler on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I was beginning to finally handle a long outstanding insurance claim from September 2021.
Yes, I know that is a long time, a divorce, etc happened in there. So the flooring waited, and I wasn’t quite ready to move forward. I was dealing with the insurance claim for the roof.
It was time to prioritize and project manage. I talked with Dustin, for around 45 minutes, told him where I was at, and I would be ready to move forward in August. This was around the fifth flooring shop I had been to.
Why did I select them? You want to know why, that’s why you’re still reading. I liked Dustin, I’m a good judge of character, and I knew the kind of salesman he was. He was there to meet my needs, not to sell a product. He listened, and suggested and guided.
I knew that he would work with me, and that the relationship would be good, and my needs would be met. I was seen as a human.
So I came back to the shop around late September, roof took longer than expected. I walked back in with my girlfriend, and I said hey Dustin, we met back in July.
He remembered who I was, and I shared why I was past August, and I had a few items to work out with insurance company. We looked at more flooring options and left.
Sometimes in October me and girlfriend, came back to the store.
Pro tip, from my girlfriend, take hair with you, and place on sample. How does it look?
We decided against the black tile. Can you imagine blonde hair against black tile, along with dust.
We decided on a lighter color. Dustin had a good laugh, he had never seen someone bring hair. The three of us, laughed pretty darn hard.
The insurance, was dragging on. So in late October, I decided I was done waiting for insurance and floor, and got engaged.
Next day, insurance came through. Back to see Dustin and pull trigger. We were able to work with Dustin, to redo entire house with insurance proceeds, and had left over money.
I’m talking all new tile downstairs, and new laminate upstairs. When they were doing the laminate, in early November, seven of my stairs were defective, they had been carpeted. This was frustrating for the installers, and for me. They took the time to explain, why they had to be replaced.
The demo crew, was all German, and stereotypical, in all kinds of positive. Polite, efficient, and huge. It was a big job, they moved the furniture, and advised “take clothes out of closet” so you don’t have to wash again.
I met the tile crew . “Yaah man”. Jamaican crew, and phenomenal. They are master craftsman. They far exceeded my expectations, and completed the job in three days. It had been projected as five days.
I gave them a case of coors banquet, so they could taste the Rockies on me, as a thank you.
Baseboard, reinstalling came next. In the massive amount of stuff, pieces were lost. Dustin reached out, and we agreed we would get to it after the holidays. That was my request, I had just gotten engaged, and it was our first holiday. Also she moved in, two days before Christmas.
Dustin reached out in early January, I came in and we discussed options, and agreed to reconnect in two weeks.
I got busy, and was in no position, to have the baseboard completed. I reached out to Dustin , said I need a bit more time. In early April, I reached out, and we got it ordered (replacement baseboard)
The guys came yesterday, completed the baseboard. I’m amazed at my house, the floors, how easy the entire process was.
The process was painless, I couldn’t have imagined it could go so well. In the course of a year, mountains have been moved, and I now have new floors. I want to thank Dustin, for worki

Dustin, Dustin, Dustin! He is very helpful and prices very competitively. As an added bonus, he has a sharp eye for design, color, style, and trends. He’s there weekends too and available for last minute trouble shooting. I highly recommend him and will definitely keep coming back!

Dustin will literally sell you the boots off his feet, if you liked them! He is the most helpful and knowledgeable person. Our house took a year longer than expected and he was very patient with our material and install order. We are very happy with the quality of the tile flooring and backsplash we selected.

I am SO glad that I walked into Flooring America in Casselberry.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Luis Amaro and he took his time showing us around. He followed up with us several times and even worked with us on the price to meet our budget. Luis was phenomenal and we are so excited to be getting our new floors installed next week. Thanks Luis for your help and professionalism. We received 5 Star service here!

Louis Amaro was a visionary when it came to our flooring needs. We walked in attempting to match very old flooring in our new home, but with his vision and expertise, we transformed and modernized not only the three bedrooms, but the entire home for what it would have cost us had we went with our current plan. Louis came to our home, measured and made the process seamless. He also made available product so I could start on a very strict timeline and complete the project before our moving truck arrived 5 days later. The team was amazing!

My most recent purchase was getting additional flooring and stair noses for a home that only a month earlier had completely redone the first floor. Dustin was outstanding in replying to me over the weekend and rushing the order. He has helped on many projects over the last 3 years. Even when Flooring America doesn't have the exact flooring requested, he goes on a mission to find the closest match and provide samples or alternatives. Absolutely outstanding customer service and always feel like he truly cares about every project.

My mother was in need of new carpet in her master bedroom. I contacted a couple of local companies and had difficulty making even an initial contact. Not true with Flooring America. Art was my sales consultant and was a true pleasure to work with. Art listened to what my mother was interested in and with zero sales pressure we were able to select a product at a very reasonable price. Rocky was the scheduler and took the time to call me on a holiday. Within a week Steve was at the house installing. We decided at the last minute to install carpeting in another area and that’s where Brandon came into the picture and did us a solid favor and was able to find and provide the extra carpet we needed. Hands down, Art, Brandon, and Steve were very professional and extremely friendly. Save yourself some time on your next project and contact Flooring America.
