I walked with just the expectations of fixing my phone and came out of there with so much more. He told me about a protection plan they offered for cellphone and made me realize that I was paying way more with my cellphone company. I immediately canceled with my cellphone provider and took the protection they offered at there store for way cheaper. He saved me $150 a year! I would recommend this location to anyone and with confidence.”

I needed a power adapter for my old Nintendo SNES and for my Nintendo DSLite and they had both in stock.As you walk around the store you will see games from all eras very well organized and displayed. They even have a free The Simpsons arcade game set up and available to play.The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered several questions I had. I highly recommend this place for all of your gaming needs.”
“Ken’s equipment repair is an excellent company to work with. They were able to help us get our scissor lift back up and rolling quickly. They had a towing company pick it up from our building and haul it to his shop which was super helpful, being we had no way to transport it. Linda who worked in the office was very helpful in arranging all of that. They seem to have a great team and we are thankful for their wonderful service. We are a local church in the Longwood area.”
“It doesn’t get any better than this. I was having trouble finding a replacement battery for my 7,500 watt electric start generator and stopped in to check their store. The store had a great brand I respect, and the precise item I needed. The personnel were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Then to top that experience, I connected the battery to my trickle charger when I got home, and my charger confirmed that the battery was “fully charged”! YAY to management and staff!”

“Service was great. Was quickly greeted in store. He listened to what problem I was having and asked appropriate questions. My phone was not charging with a charging cord. He took my phone and told me to wait a couple of minutes. When he came back, he told me that there had been some debris in the plug hole and that he had cleaned it out and it was working fine now. He then told me that there would be no charge since he had spent so little time in solving my problem. I thanked him many times over for his time and told him that I would certainly be back if I had another problem with my phone. NOW THIS IS SERVICE!!!!!!”
