They will fail you for absolutely no reason. And be mean about it at the same time! They place a pole, 5 feet in front of the stop sign, that you should stop at INSTEAD OF THE STOP SIGN. They will not tell you this until AFTER they’ve failed you. Horrible place

Excellent! Very good service, the staff is very efficient, friendly and respectful, they answer all questions with pleasure and professionalism, they go out of their way to assist you! They are very fast, in less than 20 minutes I had completed my procedure, without having made an appointment. Everything works, there is no waste of time here, that's why I recommend it. They speak Spanish!

I got there at 8:15 am to renew my tags without an appointment, and I left 20 minutes later with my registration. If you don't have an appointment, get there early.

Very poor experience here. *Edit* Cause they’ve made me come back for nonsense reasons and i had a appointment this time and still has been a 3 hour wait. Go to a different office and save yourself some time.

Longest wait times ever. Make sure to have all your documents because the won’t care if you need 2 min to look something up they will make you pull a new number and you would have to wait another hour! Call in advance to check wait time could be 3hrs

I don't usually write reviews but I had an amazing experience with this location and wanted to share! I noticed last night that my registration was expired. I've been really sick lately with a chronic condition and I haven't had the ability to keep track of important renewals. I obviously panicked, because I didn't want to get in trouble and kicked myself for not planning ahead of time, as now I'd likely have to wait days. However, I decided to look online just in case. I did have to renew in person since my registration had been expired for longer than a certain period of time, but to my surprise, there was an opening for the very next day at 9:30a. Booking the appointment was easy and I was relieved that this issue would be resolved in a timely manner.
The next morning, I arrived at the DMV 10 minutes early. I was greeted by the people at the check-in counter, who found my appointment and gave me a waiting ticket. Before I could even sit down, they called my number! I walked up to the desk, the nice gentleman helped me renew my registration for 2 years out, I made my payment, and I was out of there. In total, the process probably took 8 minutes. I have never had such a great DMV experience and I will be going back!

The road test is a complete joke! Setting up new drivers for failure. 3 point turn right after an intersection and you MUST not have your car come near the opposite direction is absolutely ridiculous. No wonder there are so many bad drivers in Florida you are not teaching real life scenarios or defensive driving. The male instructor needs to retire he is so much ver his job it shows. You are scaring new drivers and it’s not okay. Avoid this parking lot road test at all costs if you want to save your spouse or child from feeling like a complete failure over poor communication and unrealistic scenarios.
