Trying to figure out the best insurance to go with is like working a second job. It's hard. But, after going through several companies, I ended up with Direct Auto and I'm glad I did. The agent I got, Richard Goehring, was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend him. Thank you Richard for all your help!

This afternoon I had a wonderful experience with my insurance agent Richard Goehring he was very thorough, very patient and he shared all the different products for my auto insurance. I asked Richard if he did not mind reaching out to me just before he was getting off work and he went above and beyond to contacted me to give me a great customer service experience I highly recommend Richard to anybody who’s looking for auto insurance because he’s very patient and understanding and thorough and knows his craft as an insurance agent !Thank you Richard for taking a load off my shoulders, because everybody knows we need car insurance!

It was a working with Richard to get my new insurance policy set up and make sure that it starts before my current one expires. I had to switch from The General due to a new underwriting law regarding SR22 case #'s, but also glad I finally switched due to saving money on my monthly premium, as well as not having to pay a renewal fee every 6 months, not to mention the added benefits you get with Direct Auto. Would recommend to anybody in need of insurance

I’m having trouble with my policy and it is frustrating when I can’t get any help. Instead, I got hung up on….TWICE!!!She didn’t even give me the courtesy to help, except tell me some bogus that it is a Florida law that I can’t cancel my insurance within 60 days. I’m trying to tell her that I have 2 policies and my car is in both.Me telling her that don’t give me that excuse. She assumed I yelled and hung up on me. Then, I called backed and asked her if she hung up on me and she said yes. I told her what a professional act by hanging up on me and before I could say anything, she hung up on me again!!!!This insurance company in Casselberry is a class act. I wouldn’t trust that place and I would recommend the same. She didn’t know my question or give me advice. Just to tell me something I already know and hang up. Nice professionalism ?

Richard was absolutely amazing! We got everything rather quickly and he actually got me a better deal bundling! I got the roadside assistance and life insurance for a better down payment!
