This is a terrible location, unhelpful and uneducated staff who arent sure how to help customers and no manager on shift to figure out issues. Always been told cricket isn’t good but figured id try it out when trying to cut costs. Not sure how a business operating like this is still standing.

This is the worst location in the area and I would not recommend this store at all. There is only one person working at this location so I waited about 2 hours just to get service and finally the manager Julio walks in just to start talking about other employees at other stores very rudely and unprofessional. I already switched my service else where due to me seeing what goes on in this location and how you can see they don't care about customers. I will never recommend cricket or this location to anyone in the surrounding area. My friend referred me to this location and got lied too about payments on a device and accessories so also their not truthful about the information their giving out so please be careful about what you buy here. DONT GO HERE.

Be careful when selling, you're lying, there's a guy who works... going into context, I went to buy an iPhone, the guy tells me that I can pay for it on credit and I don't know why I accepted and the cheerful guy tells me that because it's my first we are going to give you credit. Many accessories and I was surprised, I believed it was true, so I accepted the bill for the phone, it only broke down the value of the phone. My biggest surprise is that I have a debt for the accessories that he gave me for a value of 800 dollars, they were more, but I imagined that it had been the phone, when I realized I called them, I went to the office and wanted to return some things, which I couldn't because it would be an issue with the credit and they shield themselves by saying that the boy has already left and so on, being very careful that day he helped me with a colleague next door if they know they are doing things wrong because the other boy doesn't say anything, a total cover-up. Total disappointment

Great customer service in the store but I'm upset that I've had my cricket wireless service for 4 months now and my Max app does not work still! You offer max with my plan. Yet my entire family doesn't have MAX!

Mister William was a wonderful cricket employee. Answer all of my questions and was great with customer service. Love it. Thank you. I switched from another company and I'm living it. Also Thank you to mister Julio was also a wonderful guy.

Natalie is a sweet angel from heaven. She sold me my first android many years ago. When I saw her again today she remembered me and the color of the phone case. She set up my new phone to be an exact mirror of my old one. Amazing! I didn't know that was possible. She is my favorite Cricket Wireless employee?

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only thing that I was not 100% satisfied with was the fact that they charge you for every little thing. If you need to replace a Sim card you’re gonna pay $11 more even though you have an account.

Best location I’ve been too in a long time. This location has great customer service and gets the job done. Would highly recommend this location. Service works great and I did not have to wait long to get my lines switched over. Great staff, thank you!!!
