I have used Creative Floors twice. First we had our master bedroom carpets replaced with tile. We loved it so much, we had the rest of the bedrooms tiled. Everything was done timely and perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the flooring and the company. Highly recommend. Thanks Nancy

I found Creative Floors advertisement in our church bulletin. I've been told I'm a bit of a "Karen" when it comes to projects. When I visited the Casselberry show room, I wanted to purchase hard flooring for my stairs and Florida room. After speaking with Bob Hapka and discussing the unique hurdles my rounded steps presented and no central air in the Florida room I decided on carpet. I have had multiple home projects completed over the years and Bob at Creative Floors is one of 2 people/companies I would ever recommend to anyone. Every step of this transaction was seamless and I'm thankful they are a company with integrity. I look forward to working with them again in the future when I have the rest of my floors redone.

I just had Mohawk vinyl laminate flooring installed in my master bedroom and living room area. What a perfect experience from start to finish.
Bob Hapka the Store Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the products and helping us pick out the best fit for our needs. Bob also comes out to measure and brought the samples I picked out in the store so I could see how it would look in my setting. Let me also stress there are no high pressure sales. Everything was on time and the installation was also 5 star. The installation team worked harmoniously and efficiently and took great care of my home and finished in a day. I will be a return customer for all my flooring needs.

We had a great experience working with Kyle- he was very helpful in recommendations and making sure that the order for our bathroom tiles got placed quickly, even when the manufacturer of one of the tiles sent the wrong one. He was always easy to contact and kept me in the loop through the whole process. In fact everyone was able to help me on the days Kyle wasn’t in. I would definitely recommend Creative Floors. They really go the extra mile.

We replaced most of our house with luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards. Extremely happy with the refreshed look. Bob Hapka at Creative floors helped us end to end from picking the right floor, measure, quote, install, follow ups. Thank You!! The Installers were very thorough and flexible in navigating the house and progressing through the house with minimal disruption.

I was really happy with my floors! I get almost all of my recommendations from my neighbor who is also a real estate agent and has lived in the area all her life. She knows all the best people so I wasn't too surprised when she said Creative Floors because I'd gone out myself to three different floor companies for three different estimates and they far and away seemed like the most honest and the most on top of things. A lot of people really marked up the cost of flooring so they could 'give you a deal' which immediately put me off. Creative Flooring doesn't do that. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great. I would highly recommend these guys. The people they sent out to do the floors were some of the hardest working guys I've met.

I absolutely love my new shower. The reason I chose this company was because Bob was so helpful on the phone and I could have my shower redone within my budget. I was happy to have Kyle help me through the process, he was just as helpful and worked within my budget. Jose, the installer was terrific, nice and gave me a beautiful shower.
