Terrible traffic. Location was confusing because it felt like an apartment complex, not an office building. When I went inside of their office there was no one at the front desk. I could hear one person on the phone, but I stood there for 10 minutes before somebody came out and asked how long I had been standing there.

I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by Maria at Cedric El-Amin Allstate office. She is very prompt and professional and prompt in responding to questions and concerns with my homeowners and automobile policy. Maria will go over and above to satisfy their customers. I had a situation last year when we sold our home and purchased another and needed some last minute documents for closing and she was very attentive in getting the documents to the closing agent.
