I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I love it. The pharmacist and team are very good about getting your medications ready and communicating with you on if they have it in stock or not.

I had to give them a one-star because they don't give me the option to give them zero very bad Pharmacy have a problem getting my medicine from them for my two-year-old who has heart problems and this is not the first time I've had problems they should know the tracking number to every medication they send out and now they can't find the tracking number and they lie to me and told me they was going to call me back and still yet have not called me back so now my two year old son who has heart problems is sitting here suffering because of this Pharmacy and I will probably be switching to another Pharmacy if they have the right medication for my son if not I will have to stick with Kimber bridge and so I see his doctor

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy; they lie about their hours, take an extended lunch break and have atrocious customer service. Another customer was trying to communicate with the pharmacist while he was multitasking 15 yards always. Seriously I don’t even know how this place is open. Oh, and they don’t accept a lot of very common insurances

Switched to this local pharmacy after my CVS closed and it has been fantastic. The staff are very helpful and have gone the extra mile for me a few times to help me get the medicine I needed. I appreciate being known as a customer instead of a number. When I call I don’t wait on hold for 30 mins like I used to with the chain pharmacy. I am very satisfied here.

They are the small town pharmacy you need in a major metropolitan area. Before I can even think to pick up our prescriptions they have already been delivered to my door. You can speak to the pharmacist at length for assistance of medication or alternatives. The staff always know who you are and on top of your prescription refills. Great place!

The staff are very friendly. But several times it has not been convenient for me to get my prescriptions and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

One man there is just so rude and nasty , he never answers the phone he doesn’t say thank you or you welcome even when you use manners with him . One min he answers then the next he watches the phone ring all day … that’s not to way to keep a company in buisness . Would not recommend

I've had nothing but problems the last 4 months with this pharmacy actually more than that and so have my friends that I have brought there my actual like mother and sister, I have never been put on hold so many times and then never answered to and then leave the answering machine on for the next hour until they close and then or leave you on hold until they close. I have reached out to the owner of the pharmacy by his other business hopefully he will get back to me as soon as possible.....Everything was resolved is mis communication they are really a great pharmacy!!!!I take this totally back because he did nothing and when I call about my medication to ask a question about my synthroid or anything he has no time and they don't answer the phone on purpose when they know what you calling I will tell you what the new pharmacist needs to get back in there and get that man that's running the place out of there more to come on another subject...

A few years ago, I used this pharmacy and was VERY impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately I had to switch insurance carriers and Cambridge Oaks was not one of the pharmacies they used. When I switched jobs, I immediately called to see if I could go back to Cambridge Oaks and was so happy when I found out I could come back with my new insurance. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Always getting me the best price for my meds. They even know me by name and I only come in once a month. They also do pet meds which saves me time since I can pick up my fur baby's and my meds in one stop!

Both pharmacists and staff members are always extremely helpful and attentive. In witnessing their interactions with patients, it’s evident that they truly care about about the well-being of their customers. Regardless of how busy they are, they take the time to provide patients with thorough medication counseling. Highly recommend for those who’ve grown tired of being treated like a number by big-name retail pharmacies.

Amrou is an Angel!!! He will take the most difficult situations and make them work... He is very personable and friendly!! I know my brother is in good hands here!
