I had a very bad experience at this location with manager Jorge and cashier Melanie (both Spanish speaking and doing so under their breath while assisting me)
I have been a loyal customer at Burlington for years, but at this visit, I was treated like a thief because I needed to exchange a $10 vest for a larger size!
I had purchased over $400 in merchandise on that receipt, and I was buying more items over $50, I have an account with Burlington and my phone number with all my transactions,
Yes, I was treated as though I was trying to steal a $10 vest! It was a very unpleasant experience and showed the lack of discernment on the part of that staff.
I offered Jorge an opportunity to make the experience more positive by apologizing for the manner in which he addressed me.
He said there's nothing he can do about it because I didn't buy the vest even thoughIhad the receipt!... How absurd and unacceptable! I hope someone gives him some training on common sense and reasoning in order to value Burlington's regular customers!

I love to shop at this store. The only problem is that some areas are disorganized because so many people shop there and they don't have too many workers. But i love the deals!

If the store is not open and customers see people inside ..uess what they are working ... customers have completely lost their respect .and most of them think that coming to the store is getting into their kingdom..people moved. Misplaced. And not even watch their kids running around as if the store is a park. People who are there inside before it opens is because they are been call to work in some assignments..customers which I believ e also have jobs shouldnunderstand demands in job places ..am tired of reading dnb comments.. I been customer of many stores always treat them as I want to be treated .

This is the only burlington I shop at because of the customer service and organization of the store. Roberto was especially helpful today on the found letting me know of their return policy I was unaware about and everyone who works there always has a positive at the and go above and beyond for the customer.

A smaller store that can feel cramped, especially near the men's shoe area. It does feel like this location sometimes has higher quality items to compensate for the smaller selection. Staffing has improved somewhat, but the line can still be slow.

At the store today Friday May 31, 2024 8:50pm the store is supposed to be open we see two women in the store but the store is not open according to Google it’s supposed to be open 12 people are out here but the store is currently locked and not open smh not good business store is not open but it’s supposed to be open

A seller representative name's Tito was very rude and discourteous. My wife needed to return a dress after 30 days, so he gave him a store credit, which is fine. The main issue when my wife was going to look for another dress, he improperly asked her how many times my wife used the dress before returning it, the dress still had the outside tag and then he said to not use softener next time. The Management team should keep an eye on this guy Tito, I've seen that other customers had also a bad experience with him, he makes look the store really bad.
