It's in a great area. The unit we stayed in is horrible. Holes in the door, mold in the bathroom and closets, constant ant invasions & Roaches here and there. Maintenence only does what they can with limited resources. They're great guys, but management is definitely being withheld of funds to improve and renovate. You pay for on-site laundry, & and every time your clothes are dirtier than when you put them in.( washing machines leave black stains on white clothes, no doubt it's on the colored clothes). A/C unit hasn't been cleaned or replaced in Lord knows how long. And for the rent to be this high for a 1bdrm 1 bath 550 square ft.... did I mention that bills are included in the rent price? That's good lol other than that, sheesh. If money isn't your issue, definitely find somewhere else to live. The people that work on site management are cool to talk too lol but idk whatl it eill take to get some serious stuff done around here. All of the problems above have been made aware of management, and nothing has been done. I don't expect anything to be done, honestly. I just hope anyone looking at reviews finds this message. Of course, you could move in, and these could be the best apartments ever. But all I'm saying is beware. Cheapskate owners. I know the real people holding back the funding are the property owners, NPMA. I'll add photos closer to my move out date. No I don't want to reach out because it's a waste of time.

Do not do it! This is the worst place to live because the front desk staff does not care about the tenants and refuse to give you the information for the corporate office. Many units have mold and the office will tell you that it is dirt. Maintenance will enter units without proper notice, damage the tenants personal items, then refuse to fix the damaged property. Due to the layout and the roots of the trees, it floods when it rains on some parts of the property. The foundation of the units are not level which also leads to leaks within the apartments. There is a squirrel and roach infestation throughout the entire property. They also do not allow you to read the digital lease in front of them so you cannot ask questions prior to reading the lease. They also require tenants to pay an very high amount for internet as a part of the lease and it is a "mandatory" utility. They also make tenants pay for "insurance" for the unit which does not protect the tenants personal property. It only protects the building if the tenant damages the unit, which they lie about.

I have lived here for two years after the first six months of living here. I started having issues with the bugs and they are coming out of the pipes and coming out of the outlets I cleaned like I told to do and they have just been ongoing since . It’s disturbing and disgusting no one will visit because of the German roaches.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The rent here is very reasonable, you won't find any place else this nice for this price in central FL anymore! The property and the buildings are very well maintained, the pool is very nice and clean, and I have never once had any bugs in my apartment! The office staff, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Aleyli, as well as all the maintenance staff are always very friendly and helpful! Maintenance responds very quickly if you put in a work order! The other residents all seem very courteous of one another, I've never had problems with loud or rude neighbors here at all.I highly recommend moving here if you're looking for an apartment! I almost crossed this place off my list because of some of the bad google reviews but I'm so glad I didn't!

I living here for a 4 years and the 1 first year everything is good. Next year a new tenant at second floor This person is noisy every day, after 10 pm every night he has parties or loud music. It clogs the bathroom and kitchen drains and everything damages my apartment. I call the police, I make complaints to the office and they do nothing. It's filthy, he throws garbage outside the balcony. I have had strong drug odors for two months and they do nothing. The maintenance is terrible, they don't clean air conditioners, they can't clean the bathroom extractor fan, they can't change the power outlets, in short, they don't even pass the water pressure on the walls or where the garbage is deposited. And they charge a very expensive rent and the bathrooms are disgusting, they never change the silicone and on top of that they are always there talking or hiding so as not to work. calling to make a complaint is wasting time

These apartments are great and the staff is even better! The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns with confidence. The manager, Aleyli was also very sweet and welcoming. The playground and pool areas were a major plus. I highly recommend!

Aleyli was so informative when I had a question. She’s also a very bubbly person she definitely makes you feel welcomed. Cheryl the property manager is very nice and is also very welcoming. The pool in the property so beautiful and the property also clean.
