Store was dirty and smelt gross and bathroom was absolutely disgusting even though they had like 3 people working there. The bathroom looked so bad that they should be ashamed! Manager wasn’t doing anything except standing around. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the person who checked me out was super nice.

Went there Thursday evening around 8 pm I was afraid to get out of my car loitering right by the door filthy language guys sitting near the door loud and obnoxious 2 cashiers allowing it I tried to add money on my cash app and was told only the manager could do it and they not here I needed gas desperately so instead of filing up I put enough in the tank to get me to Wawa for safety reasons and very rude employees this place is like the hood won’t ever go back

Disgusting bathroom, rude staff, dirty, disorganized... the managers and owners should be ashamed- I wanted to include pictures but it's literally so foul that I would feel uncomfortable if I did.

I usually go to every 711. I don't know why I do I catch myself always going to a 711. This is one of the New ones I have went to an I've seen maybe 3 to 4 works. Everyone of them have been very professional, kind, helpful and sweet to me.- FYI across the street circle k, very rude, I asked for a 99 cent wrap he held it for dear life lol but I had a $4 red bull from the store I was buying lol poor customer service, and I'm talking about the white guy I believe he has glasses anyway he is in the afternoon night shift.. I hate going to circle k I rather go to 7-Eleven and give all my money to use . Only had two bad experiences one in West Palm Beach and the other in Coral springs just one lady the rest of that 7-Eleven everybody was phenomenal just one person ruin it

I called to ask a simple question when I was hung up on. I called back multiple times to the same person just picking up the phone and hanging up. Finally someone else answered, I asked for the other individuals name so I can place a complaint. This individual told me they could not provide a name. When I told them this wasn’t correct I was again hung up on. Every time I call I get hung up on. Very rude employees this branch should reconsider who they hire for customer service as I will not spend another dime here.Occurred on September 29th at approximately 6:10pm

This store is really getting frustrating… I feel like multiple time a week this store is always “temporary closed “.. it’s 24 hours.. I schedule in my morning to stop here before work. So now I’m just going to go out of my way to stop somewhere else..

The old Caucasian lady (I didn’t see her name tag) working on 7/11/21 at around 5pm was extremely rude; even for a 7 eleven worker. If you hate your job so much then quit and find a better one. But then again, you probably can’t with your stank attitude.
