Early Easter Sunday and every McDonald's was closed. Oh thank heaven I found this 7-11 with employee Elizabeth saying, we are here for you, happy Easter! She even gave me a free coffee on the house because she was in the process of cleaning the machines and making a new batch for the early birds. Thank you Elizabeth for your kind help and open doors. I am a caregiver for bed bound veterans. It really made it a good Easter for all of us. Thank heaven for 7-11.

Do not.use the car wash... It ripped the back window off my camper top. The idiot inside looked up non chalantly, and said,"it said not responsible for body damage, damage to chrome, or wipers..." I look at him like, you idiot, and say,"Yeah, but no one is expecting it to rip off their back wimdow..."

Literally filled my brand new 0. Turned up here and went home. It would not start and it was water in the gas tank and I mean a lot.

I stopped by on my way to work. After choosing my items I headed to the counter. Although it was early morning and the store had several people in line and there two work stations only one was being utilized by a new employee who was still learning how to do her job. After fumbling around for several minutes because she couldn't figure out how to set up for me to enter my telephone number I asked if she could get a manager because I was going to be late for work. The manager came over aggressively because she had to stop what she was doing to assist and stated very loud that the employee was new. I said I understood but a new employee shouldn't be left by herself during morning rush hour. The manager got very angry and said oh you always causing problems when you come here and I stated no that's not true and for her to quit lying on me. I then said I am the one that purchased all those taquitos and you could see it in her face that she realized I was not the person she thought I was. I am black and manager is Latino and apparently she was implying that we all look alike. You could see this in her expression. Anyway, she was yelling and told me not to come into her store again. I told her no problem because she lied on me. Manager is very unprofessional and instead of deescalating the situation, she was yelling and made it out more than necessary.

The staff there are great. They are why I go there.The manager however is very very rude to the staff as well guests. I have seen and heard her yelling on many occasions.

I just called the store, I use their air pump and it was not working correctly. The manager was yelling at me and telling me that there was an identification number on there, and to call that company, I told her that I’m not at the air pump anymore, and they should have the company’s number so they can come out and service it, and I heard another lady in the background yell at her to hang up the phone, very unprofessional. I can’t believe that they run their store like this.

Stopped in for a tank of gas and got myself a Coca-Cola from the fountain. Gas seems to work good in the truck the Coca-Cola tasted great cool me down. The store has a large interior as well lit and sanitary. The store staff was very friendly, I will definitely be back!

Walked into the store only to find out that the general manager is still the same. Showing that the owner of the store does not care about the satisfaction of customer's. Employees are still being treated negatively disappointed I left a review also. I definitely was in contacted somebody about it. I find it sad that 7-Eleven does not care about the treatment of their employees. Only to be told that it is getting worse as an employee of the store I'm no longer an employed as I quit do to the poor quality of management. However I can tell when they're unhappy people working in a store. It is sad that some people care more about money than having happy people working for them. I'm speaking up because I feel that in a work environment you should be treated as an actual human. I walked into the store feeling like changes have been made how ever that is not the case I feel uncomfortable walking into my 7-11 that is less then half a mile from my house because of the fear of the general manager telling me to get out. This is the first time I walk in as a customer and notice that things have not changed clearly the owner doesn't care either as no action has been had.I will no longer use this store thankfully Circle K is close by. Very disappointed ☹️ management cares more about money then the happiness of employees that work there.Do not come to this store management is rude .

I live 5 min from this store and I would rather drive to the circle k... Most employees are so rude especially the manager!!! And I don't believe they have ever cleaned the parking lot it's so disgusting!!!!

The customer at this store is horrible. The store manager condescending, rude and speaks down to her employees and even worse customers. My debit card kept declining even though I had a large amount in my checking account. The store manager including a young female both had smart mouths implying I didn't have money in my account. My card finally went through after the third try. I told the manager she needed an attitude adjustment so she yelled at me on the way out the door. I'm disgusted my the poor service at this location.
