Carroll was extremely friendly and helpful. Even before I said a word, she already knew that my vehicle had a hard time find oil filter and got to work checking for it while I was waiting in line. She seemed to be right on top of things with every vehicle that came in and was even bringing cold water to customers while they waited.

This was my 4th time at Take 5 Oil Change. This time was extra special. It was the second time that Carroll serviced my truck. She is top notch! I don’t drive that much anymore and even though it’s been months since my last oil change, she said that the oil was still good and she proceeded to top off all my fluids. She told me “No charge and that I still had 4,000 mile left on the last oil change”. Thank you Carroll! You are one of the reasons that I recommend Take 5 to my family and friends.

The commercials might be dumb, but this is the fastest and most customer friendly oil change I have ever had. On top of that, they don't try to sell you on stuff, you don't need and they're reasonably priced. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I would just like to say I have had a love-hate relationship with this place, but it’s not their fault. They have went through several managers in the last several years. Their staff has been changed over literally every time I’ve been in there! Needless to say, I found myself there again last week. Now there has been several issues in the past where I had a couple of workers there that were not fully trained yet, and they overfilled my oil twice and put my oil filter in incorrectly however, they recently got a new manager in the front, and she’s a lady! She is tough as nails! I told her the issues that I have been having and the problems that I had had in the past she was able to take me in right away. She drained the oil vac completely out, before starting my oil change, she wanted to show me step-by-step of everything that the other workers should have done! everyone there is very kind. Do not judge a book by its cover!! These kids are out here working hard and trying to do their best. If you’re in need of an oil change, you can stop here and feel free that you won’t be taken advantage of.

I switched from Jiffy Lube to Take 5 based on a recommendation of a friend. I really like coming here for my oil changes and a recent radiator flush. My service provider, Carroll, instructs and informs. I feel a bit more educated on what to look for, when to get my checks. She is very kind, honest and personable. She seems to also have the respect of her coworkers..
