“I appreciate the work that Jordan and the team did. Efficient and reasonable. They showed me the clean oil level on the dip stick and take the extra step of verbally confirming that everything has been retightened. One other thing: they give you a health check of your battery. We’re heading on a road trip next week and it was very helpful getting that to ensure we don’t end up with a dead battery on the drive. I had a bad experience at a different drive-through oil change place where they did not full tighten the oil filter. Not good. Thanks.”
