I really had no idea how to start this journey, we had only read about the importance of good nutrition and searching was how we found Rigo's, from day 1 the attention, affection and willingness made us trust them. They have been our best friends and have held our hand through the transition to raw food and this entire puppy process! “Took my boy Moose there for a bath and hair cut, and as Moose is a Bouvier, he is big and hairy, and this particular day he was favoring his right leg which made it hard to get him to stand up which he doesn't like to do anyway. His favorite position is laying down, next least favorite is sitting and worst standing up. But the owner did as good of a job as she could under the circumstances. Price was a little higher than I'm used to but this place has overhead where my usual groomer works from her home. She can afford to charge less. All in all,a good experience for all involved. Will go back!!”
“This was my first time visiting this pet shop. Initially I walked in for some bird seeds for my backyard bird feeder and I left with an adorable budgie. My doodles used to fear going to other groomers, but when I drop them off at The Pet Club they are so quick to run to the groomers which leaves me so at peace knowing they are loved and in good hands. We have a special place in our heart for Charles, as he always leaves them looking sharp and with happy tails when I pick them up! Can’t recommend them enough!”

“I've searched for affordable baby turtles at all the major pet stores. I finally found some here and the price is unbelievable!!! I paid $9.50 here compared to another pet store that charges $30. They also sell very reasonably priced bird cages. Great customer service! Great experience!”

“I came in and I ask an employee where the mix flock feeds, and she just points at some guy behind the counter. I walk over to him, who points me right back to her, bc the feed is right next to her. So I have to walk all the way back over to her. And while it's a small store, it's kind of besides the fact. No one likes being made to walk back and forth when it's unnecessary, add to that that I have skeletal muscular problems, I don't want to do any unnecessary labor that I'm not being paid for. I get everyone needs a job regardless of their linguistic capabilities, but at the very least either make your inventory obvious to the customer base OR have an English speaking employee on the floor. I am already paying for the product,I shouldn't have to work for it too.
Other than the lack of customer service, their prices seem to be reasonable anf their store seems clean. Although I've only been here the one time so far, and for the one item only. I will be back since the prices seem reasonable.”
