Worst cvs pharmacy in north Miami. Drive thru service customer service is nonexistent and terrible. No hello or good morning…just what’s your date of birth???!!!!

CVS NEEDS TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE/DISMISSIVE, AND THEY NEED TO HAVE MORE FLUENTLY ENGLISH OR BILINGUAL SPEAKING EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER'S WITH THEIR NEEDS. THE PHARMACY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THE WAIT TIME IS EXTREMELY LONG AND THEY AREN'T EFFICIENT IN PATIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITH THEIR PRESCRIPTION.

Janay was the best pharmacist I’ve ever encountered . I got my medicine swiftly and she made me feel more comfortable about my upcoming surgery . I’m here all alone and having her talk to me about my prescriptions helped me relax a TON ! I recommend Janay and this pharmacy to anybody needing a pharmacy that cares about you

Miss Kyra was super excellent with me the pharmacy was closed when I get there and I explained her that I just came from the hospital with pneumonia and I need to start the treatment ASAP and she helped me out right away no question ask she is the best of the best with her attention and kindness, she is a 10 start

The pharmacist is the rude and ignorant, telling me my prescription from baptist urgent care was not a real prescription that I needed to bring a real one, after a few back and forth and telling her to call the urgent care which she refused, she looked at the prescription and said oh yeah thats an online watermark was when she decided to fill it, after that she said to me the insurance won't cover it and that there was a 2 hour wait, I said no problem fill it. The girl that takes the drop-offs, which was very nice, put it the computer to then tell me the insurance covers it 100%. This pharmacist who was drinking a slurpee and making rude noises with the straw needs to find another place to work at. She brings a bad reputation to CVS.

Worst experience ever. I never write bad reviews. However, I am so disappointed with the service provided today. My co worker has been sitting on hold for over 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone with CVS to fill her sons asthma medication needed today. Therefore, I tried assisting calling on my phone as well. I have been on hold for an hour now. No-one came to the phone to greet us at all. Unfortunately, because of her Childs insurance carrier CVS is the only one that accepts it. Personally I do not use CVS and after this experience I never will. Of course we tried the online option but the medication came in a box and she threw that away. Also, because her sons is under age the medicines do not come up on her account and you cannot create an account for a child. This is the worst experience ever. They need to get more help or have an answering system. This is down right wrong!!!!

Sadly, CVS on 47th Ave \u0026 183rd, is officially in my opinion an embarrassment. I had been a customer since it first opened. It use to be professional. Now you go in, music blasting like its a night club. The coupon machine never has paper, so when you inquire about it, they look at you like, why are you bothering me, when I'm too busy doing nothing. The manager apparently has better things to do like flirt with his own workers. Tsk, tsk. The pharmacy is lost in space. A Syringe on the floor, ignored. No, no thank you. It is not what it used to be.

Every time when i come to the pharmacy to pickup the medicine at the time they said they never has ready for pickup. Bad service.
