Postmistress Carol Marlet is the backbone of the Captiva PO. Always very helpful, quick service and knowledgeable for the shipping maze of USPS. Too bad we don't see this level of efficiency across the rest of the system!

Postmaster Carol Marlet and her team provide a top notch level of customer service. I was truly impressed by their friendly, caring attitudes and the efficient delivery of service that they provide at the Captiva Post Office. It happened to be a very busy day for them with many Sanibel Residents renting PO Boxes. It was clear that everyone was receiving the same great service.

Great service the rest of the island had no internet but this post office was still able to get my packages out and handled even with the island services being down will be using them again

We make the drive up to Captiva, just to get the cool cancellation.“The” mailbox is now registered as a Historic Landmark, pretty cool.

There is nothing like the personalized service I receive from this quaint PO when staying on Captiva. I would use the word "love" but Ill just say I really really like the young lady inside.Very accommodating.

While enjoying the beautiful surrounding and local shops on the island, I stumbled upon this quaint office tucked away. My friend and I purchased some trinkets for our family up north. We entered looking for a box of sort to ship the items. There wasn't anything available inside the tiny welcoming lobby which would fit, so we asked for suggestions. A very polite, warm, courteous gentleman behind the desk immediately made us feel welcomed and at home. I frequent post offices and have never experienced the way they embraced us and tended to our needs. The lady went the extra mile and found the perfect size box in which to send. Unfortunately I left without catching their names but would like to thank them both for making us feel welcomed.
