Although Ian destroyed theYacth Club facilities, the beach and the restaurant are still awesome. The community is very much highly strong in spirit. The Yacht Club will be restored more beautiful than ever ? God bless SWFL.✨️Cape Coral. I always enjoy the atmosphere there. Water isn't as clean as it used to be. Sunsets are gorgeous.

The park is completely left in ruins. The city filled in the public pool and tore down the buildings. There is no longer the rachet club.
The play grounds on the shore line were also destroyed in the hurricane. The beach if you want to call it that. Is open.
And the privately owned restaurant.

The beach and restaurant are open while the club is under construction.
My family and I had a good time enjoying the breeze and playing in the sand.

Still building and it'll take years to finish but the restaurant is good and the little patch of sand is nice if you want to just tan, wasn't crowded , plenty of parking but it was Friday afternoon and most schools are still in session!
