Great family business! Needed some body work done since I drove over some debris and it damaged my fairly new SUV. I was heartbroken as I usually drove older cars and I had treated myself to a brand new car. Josh ordered the parts needed and reassured me about the cost and that the condition will be like new . It’s finished in a speedy manner and I can’t believe how beautiful the vehicle looks and I was charged a very fair price . Thanks Josh for giving me my beautiful CRV back!!Service: Body & Trim

Frank & Josh did an amazing job painting my daughter's Mustang. They had to deal with lots of dents, scratches, and body damage (from the previous owner, not us) before they could paint it. They did fantastic, it looks amazing, and my daughter absolutely LOVES it!Services: Painting

Xtreme auto body concepts did a amazing job on my car and completed it in a timely manner. It was a family owned business and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and compassionate. thank you for your help getting my car back in perfect condition like it's brand new off the lot again!

Highly disappointed in this place. This place held my car without ordering any parts or making any progress for over a month. I was told multiple times that they would order parts and give me an eta on arrival. I was also told I would receive a phone call with an update "tomorrow" about 3 times without ever receiving a phone call from them with an update. I had to call them every time I wanted to know what was going on with the car or parts. They then proceed to tell me that I need to bring in $2k for a deposit to get started on ordering parts, which they said they had started ordering 2 weeks prior but that was obviously a lie. I just wanted to get my car done so I agreed and brought them $2k to start ordering parts. A week later, they still hadn't even ordered 1 part and I never received a call from them with any sort of update so I called them. They said "oh, we're actually going to need more money to get started on ordering those parts". This is where I drew the line. No reputable shop would ever do this. I know this because my car is actually at a reputable shop now. Caliber Collision, they never asked me for any money up front and I even asked them when I scheduled my appointment if they would ever ask for any money before any of the work is done and they said NO, NEVER. And just incase Xtreme plans to respond to this by saying something like "well you weren't going through insurance so we need a deposit". That's BS because Caliber Collision also knows that I am not using insurance and they don't need ANY MONEY BEFORE THE JOB IS DONE. The icing on the cake is that I was so patient with these people and never gave them any trouble. But the minute they asked for even more money than I had already gave them without ordering a part or starting to work on the car, I called them out for their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care. The lady on the phone then tells me that I can just take the car someone else then because they don't "like the way I talked to them" hahahaha. It's really so sad. Typical of people of that character to try and divert the attention away from them and to someone else because they know how bad they messed up. I didn't plan on writing a review of this place since it's been at least 2 months since I left them but I feel as if I can save a lot of people their precious time and money by warning them of how incredibly terrible this shop is. I even walked into the office one day to drop off the $2k deposit and the tiny little office was full of cigarette smoke from the very rude lady who kept lying to me and asking me for more money. I don't mind cigarette smoke most of the time especially when it's outside but come on. This lady literally hot boxed the hell out of that tiny little office with cigarettes and it was disgusting. Major lack of quality in the staff and cleanliness of the shop they keep. Please save yourself from the stress of dealing with this shop. If they don't care about the quality of their own shop, what do you think they'll do with your vehicle?

Brought my car to Xtreme auto body & had a 5 star experience to say the least. Spoke to Frank & Joshua & was taken care of right away. Both of them were very professional & had the best customer service out of any body shop I’ve been to thus far. The entire job was done very fast & professionally.
