Took my Cadillac in for some body work to get done, they did an awesome job. Looks like a brand new car! The metallic paint is very hard to match but they did an amazing job and can't even tell where it was painted and their price was excellent! Very great job definitely would recommend them! Very honest and nice guy as well. Thanks again

I recently just got my car fixed here and they did an amazing job. I had trouble with my convertible top trunk not opening because of the top module part for it. I tried going to many places to see if they could fix it and no one could. Very very happy I found someone who could, they also fixed my rust spots on the inside of my door aswell and painted it. Looks amazing! Thankyou again so very much I’m very happy with the service you guys provided for fixing my convertible! Price was very reasonable also love it!!

DON NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! The owner is dishonest at the time of sale and promises to fix anything you mention before the sale. Once the sale is complete he is missing in action. Doesn’t return calls, texts , or emails. I have purchased over 15 cars and this is by far the worst experience ever.

Be careful he is a scam he made me drive more than 2 hours when I get there he said 4 minutes I will be there and he keep me wait over than 2 hours i trying to call him he don’t even answer and he close his phone

Orlando was referred to me by my mother in law she purchased a car from him years ago, so I felt confident bringing him my vehicle. I dropped my car off march 10th along with all the parts he said the car needed so I only had to pay for labor. One week went by and he never called, so I reached out no answer, I tried the next day no answer but I got a texting saying the price would be $650. I tried to call him again 2 days later, he finally answered and said your car will be ready for sure tomorrow which would of been 23rd but he ignored me all the way until the 27th I was could pick up that morning, but then got a text saying I’m at church I’ll be out at 1:30 finally 3:45 I decided to keep calling until he answered when he did he said I lost my phone when you were calling and church got out late but you can come to shop now. When I got there I was told the car would be $750 and that the part I purchased he couldn’t use and had to order another one, which is why he added an additional $100 to the bill, when I got back home I noticed my headlight had been cracked, now I’m the kind of person that washes their car every Sunday and I would of noticed it prior to dropping it off to him, so I know it happened in his presence his response was “oh that’s weird I’ll check my cameras to see” and never got back to us. I’ll give him credit for repairing the parts he fixed, because that’s fair but the amount of hassling I had to do to reach him was so unprofessional had I not of called my car would still be parked and untouched because his main priority is body work with auto insurance companies while everyone else’s car sits. I will not be returning nor referring any of my family of friends to this business. He is unprofessional and will sell you lies after lies. He’s not trustworthy and that’s a big no for me, his prices are reasonable but he will find a way to make you pay more, especially if he can get the part at a discount. Back then he may have been reliable but as a mechanic today, save yourself the stress, confusion and time and go somewhere professional. I wrote this to save the next person time & money. It’s not worth the headache

Sold me a vehicle with wrong mileage being on the odometer. Car had well over what vehicle was posted at and what was showing on cluster when i pulled the carfax report.

Outstanding customer service, Claire and the team really make you feel valued. There's no pushy sales pitch and everything was clearly explained on top of being really good value. Even after I had purchased a car the team continued to answer any questions or problems I had in the following months. This was my first time purchasing a car solo and I would definitely return to Cape Coral Car Sales even though I'm up in FL!
