They won't take my money. I have tried 3 times to pay my credit card off. They won't take it. Online they make you jump through hoops. In their physical location, they wanted my ID. Not sure why, I was paying them money. It shouldn't matter who.
UPDATE: I just took my ID in to pay it off.

stay away from the bank, especially if you are business, the manager there killed my company name I refusing to cash a check from my customer only to find out he was wrong for not cashing it, he did not look up the right information. Stay away at all cost, you don’t need this guy.

This place is terrible. They hold your money even when the finds have been verified. They say they can’t do anything about it but I know they can because they have in the past. Straight trash people and a trash company. I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Horrible branch! Jorge Ramos was very dismissive, also the branch manager. They didn’t even try to understand that we were upset about being misinformed twice by Wells Fargo on the phone. Horrible customer service!Also let us wait, even with an appointment.

Me and my mother had a appointment at 9:00 on the 25th to open a CD for her taking the money out of her savings account. We got a call and asked if we can make it at 10. No problem. Are appointment was with MR Diaz. He was busy with someone else and at about 10 after 10 I asked a banker how long. He came back and said a few minutes. Another 10 minutes went by I asked that other banker can you help us and he said no he has a 10:30 appointment. So I told him I would like to take the 50k out of her savings and I’ll go to Chase. He said you’ll have to go to the counter. We waited in line for about 5 minutes and they made a check out for 50k. Never seemed to even care where taking money out. Left the bank around 10:30 and DIAZ was still laughing in his office with the other two people he was with. Looking into changing banks for my mom, your bank just don’t care about customers

Unbelievable slowest bank ever. I waited over 20 minutes and ended up walking out without doing a transaction. Only two people in front of me one teller named Beverly takes her over 15 minutes to cash a check. Absolutely ridiculous because of this incident I'm actually changing banks I can't have incompetence managing my money. It's Friday afternoon, that's payday. How come they don't have extra tellers absolutely ridiculous Beverly should be retrained or fired and this branch should close up all together.

Ive been a member of Wells Fargo since 2007 (since they were Wachovia). As of the past year or so they have treated me as if I don't even have an account there. Since when am I not able to cash a company check out right? With Wells Fargo I have had two Mortgages, Checking, Savings, and two credit cards. Even through all of their shadiness I stayed with them. Today I'm done. Since Wells Fargo leaves literally zero benefit from banking at a physical bank, I went home and made a mobile deposit into my Capital One checking account. Zero fees, higher interest, and they accept mobile deposits up to 50k.

Came into the branch for a complex need, which I previously called the 800 number and was told what I needed was impossible to obtain. I sat down with Ashley Palma and she definitely went above and beyond to assist my needs and was able to locate the information I needed! Thank you for having such amazing staff at this location, everybody is always so courteous and professional whenever I visit here! Definitely made this client happy!

This particular office is just awful. There is one teller that is just a little Chihuahua who is snappy and unfriendly. They must have a tough time keeping bankers there, because there is always new faces pretty much every time I have the unfortunate experience of having to go there. Wait times are beyond ridiculous with excuses every time like, 3 people called out today, or 3 people are at lunch, etc…

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got there at 11, we were waiting for over 40 minutes to open an account and they couldn't help us because they said it would take minimum 1 hour and they close at 12pm. Horrible customer service.

What a bad customer service, I arrived with my husband nobody great us, after 12 min someone say good morning and said he is taking more time with the customer he had, means we have to wait more time to help us having an appointment schedule. Just one Personal banker for the branch… The other guy went to lunch walking next to us without even say Good morning.

Where to start? They just reminded me why I closed my account with them. There was literally nobody in the bank and wanted to open an account for a family member, they say it's by appointment because COVID-19. I was willing to wait and they insisted to go online. After I insist I can wait they said ok you can wait but we don't know if we will be able to take you, which I understand. We agree that I can wait and ask about the forms of ID because one is in Spanish so, they say that as is not in english they can't accept it. Folks, go to the Bank of America on Del Prado. Even though they have apps scheduled they sweetly and kindly explain that you can wait and see that someone doesn't show up without all the negativity that this people at WF transmit. Also, they help you to sep up the appt just in case and of course they opened the account. Second time opening an account with BoFa in the past 6 months and it's been way easier! So don't even bother...
