Poor customer serviceEvery time I need to schedule something it's almost always a problem and the disconnect appears to be the one scheduling and the ones who run the programs.Getting really tired of having things canceled because the front staff don't know their own policies. Sometimes I don't even get callbacks for things they have a sign-up for on their Google Docs.When I approach them on those on those matters they simply brush it off and ask if I'd like to reschedule. I made a appointment for that day and planned around it so to say for me to cancel and then try one more month later is absurd very close to cancel.

Very poor customer service. Went out of the country for a month beginning of April and was still made to pay the entire month plus had to pay the month of May. This was never explained in initial paperwork? Called multiple times for information regarding latest charge without answer. Prices have gone up twice since I started and there was always broken equipment that seemed to take weeks to get fixed. Definitely stay away if you do not have unlimited funds.

My initial assessment was good. The facility and staff are good. My only discouragement is being a,working person it is to get appointments for the assessments after work.

Excellent gym, I was going there for more than 12 years. I'm back again. New management, under new name. Customer service is excellent, especially Jeffrey taking care of the front desk by himself. 5 stars for him. Also, I want to recommend the cleaning lady Miggy. She is always busy doing her job and at the same time being nice and respectful to the customers. Thank you.

Nice gym, an older crowd, which I like, but I don't think it is appropriate for fathers to bring their young daughters into the men's locker room and shower with naked men.

I love wellway.The gym is great. The people are great and very knowledgeable and helpful. I also love the pickleball. I haven’t tried any classes yet but I’m hoping to soon

This place is great. The one of the many things I love here is there are no meat heads grunting and dropping weights on the floor. It’s not a beauty contest like in most gyms most people go to the gym spend five minutes exercising and the rest on their phones chitchatting, I went to the gym this morning for the first time and I loved it. They have two pools one saltwater the other one is regular pool water I already made two friends. The place is super clean showers locker room. Everything is really nice the people at the front desk they don’t look you up and down and judge you the second you walk in the door. Yes the clientele are a little older than most gyms but that’s ok that’s part of its charm. You should check it out.

I love this gym! It’s more of a wellness center, so they have a lot to offer…a pool for aqua classes and swim lessons plus lap swimming, many yoga classes, a basketball court, pickle ball, a dry float machine, massage, etc. The staff is wonderful!Yes, there are a few maintenance issues but they’re actively working on them. I can overlook stuff like that if they are actively improving. Someone drove through the side of the building so maybe fixing that might delay things like lock repairs to lockers:
