Though I can't speak about this particular location, our infant son attended Wellington's Clermont branch for almost seven months. We had a good rapport with his teachers, but the daycare abruptly closed for two days and then reopened with reduced hours that no longer suited our family's needs. Consequently, we had no option but to withdraw our child.Despite our request for a refund for services not received, the corporate office has remained unresponsive to our emails for over 12 business days. What's more, we discovered that our child's photos were being used in social media posts without our explicit consent as parents.During the unannounced closure, the corporate office reached out only at 3:28 pm on the first day, and we faced challenges when trying to contact them by phone (receiving a busy signal or a message that the line was no longer connected) or through email.Given these experiences, I would strongly discourage considering this organization for childcare services.

I love them! All the teachers and staff are kind and compassionate. Academically, my son is going to go into kindergarten way ahead of the game! I will forever be grateful!

We made the decision to pull our son from this facility after a year. When we started, the facility was great from the director down to the teachers. My son had an amazing teacher in the one year old class that made me as a parent feel comfortable leaving our child in the hands of another. Then came the Hurricane, which impacted everyone. This is where the red flags started. The owner of this company still had parents pay for their tuition (we did receive a small credit if 250.00), but we're still responsible to pay for the weeks that the facility was closed. Then, come December/January, the headcount went from 12 to 18 kids in a classroom. As a parent, one of our reasons why we sent our son to this school, was due to only 12 kids per class. When I asked the assistant director why we were not informed of this, I was told because we didn't have to tell you. Employee turnover is high, which again, I don't blame them especially if your not getting compensated accordingly. The director did an amazing job with the tools she was given to work with, but if owners of any businesses don't put staff first, then eventually a business will start falling. As a leader of any business, you work for your staff, staff doesn't work for you. We have since went to another facility, and our son is thriving. He is much happier, doesn't cry when he is dropped off, and has already made leaps and bounds with speech and motor skills in the three weeks since we made the transition. I again want to thank the staff for all they have done for our son while being at this facility.

We pulled out child out recently as we have seen a big decline in the quality of the facility over the last 3 or 4 months. The enrollment has dropped significantly which is evident that there are a lot of parents are seeing the same. The turnover of the staff is very frequent(outgoing), and I know it due to the owner's not wanting to pay them appropriately. There are other facilities that are paying more competitively and offering a better employment packages, and I can't blame them for leaving. I truly believe the Director is doing the best she can, but she has not been given the resources needed to maintain her staff and keep the facility competitive. There are some good people there that truly care, but they will not last long if the owner maintains this failing business model.

Before you send your child here look at the yelp reviews this place is a nightmare and unfit to have access to children. Please for the safety and well being of your kids find another school

This school is a joke. My son had 3 different teachers in 4 months time.I complained about the teachers and the lack of care for my child then he immediately started “getting in trouble” every day since the complaint with nothing ever said to either parent before. My child started coming home saying the teacher was mean to him ever since the complaint.I pulled my child out of the school due to this and they want to try and make me pay an additional two weeks per their policy. Even though my child did not feel safe.

If you want your child neglected or mistreated this is the school for you, an absolute horror story.

Parents be careful with this location: our child told us over the course of a few weeks 2 little boys were touching in places where they shouldn't. We let the "director" know about this, and instead of having a conversation with the boys parents or assuring us that she would observe the children and try to make us feel comfortable & looking into it, she asked us not to bring our child back... I would urge parents that are bringing their child to be careful. This was very suspicious and the current director did not seem to care at all about the inappropriate touching. She was more concerned that our child was not a "good fit" after months being there, being a leader in the classroom & great student, but as soon as we brought our concerns about the boys behavior, she asked us not to come back. Hmmmmm something smells funny with this lady (or man, not 100% sure the directors' actual gender but dresses as woman).

If the old director and her assistant were still here, id give this facility 5 stars. With that being said, this facility was amazing when my nephew went there a few years ago. So I tried it out with my son, the previous administrative staff was amazing, patient and warmhearted. I get there is change in due time. But, my son had 6 teachers in his span of 1.5 years. (only one change for age transition). Some kids do not handle change well in short time frames. The director was patient and communicated with him and me if there was an issue during each change.Since the new Director has come to the facility, things went downhill fast. (I am 1 of MANY parents unhappy). There was no structure enforced. Its hard when you never know who would be teaching the class. When you look at the schedule for the 4 year old class, not yet VPK, there was:BreakfastCircle TimeOutside timeLunchNap-3 hours of napMore outside timeWhere's the education to be VPK ready? Number/Letter recognition? My son didn't know how to hold a pair of scissors or even a crayon properly. And they were in class from 8 am- 4pm. He started having more problems it seems. She had no patience for that.We have since been at another facility where he is thriving. What once was such a great place, is no longer. Its sad.

We pulled our daughter out for several health and safety reasons. Every time over 2 weeks we would approach Wellington North Cape Location about our concerns we were told that they would address it and we would hear back from the director, in which we never did. The final straw with us is when our daughter sustained a severe injury one morning while under their care and not once did I receive a phone call. When I reached out the director (Tawna) said that she didn't see us leaving, mind you my daughter asked her directly for a lollipop upon leaving, we didn't receive any kind of notification in any way about this injury. We were also told that she did not feel comfortable giving us a incident form because the teacher wrote on it "We don't know what happened." I would much rather you tell me you don't know what happened vs not telling me at all. They still cashed a check of ours even after a long email was sent with all the health and safety issues. We are planning to pursue the issue further as we do have several photographs and evidence. This place is very much about the money, they are not about the welfare of the children. Please, save yourself the heartache and stress, look elsewhere.

Our daughter started here when she was 1. We loved it and have never left, she's now in vpk and learns so much. When we had our 2nd child we obviously brought her here as well. The staff is amazing, would recommend to anyone looking for a quality daycare.

Tonight we had orientation for Grayson, I’ve never seen the look of love about kids the way I did tonight. The teachers were enthusiastic about staying late to meet parents. They are the most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We couldn’t have been more happy with our decision to come to Wellington. They have become a part of our family. I recommend this place! I know the kids are loved and cared for. The kids don’t just play with either, at 3 years old they are signing songs I wouldn’t of thought, like the days of the week or months in the year. I could go on and on about the amazing things this class is doing. Please feel free to reach out to me and I’ll tell you how happy we are with our decision to come to Wellington!

My son and now his son attended Wellington. With five children I’ve seen my share of preschools and daycares. You won’t find one anywhere with teachers and staff as kind and caring as Wellington North. Excellent choice.

Their cntr appeared clean, neat which appealed to me. I let lady in front, Cristina, know that my daughter, who was approx. 3, 3 1/2 at the time, was not fully, 100% potty trained, I told her she would go #1 & #2, but that she was still having accidents. I asked if it was ok for my daughter to be placed in the classroom w/her age group so that she could copy & follow other kids in going potty, that she would be fully potty trained in no time & if they could try that for a week. She said she didn't see a problem w/that, but that she had to ask the teacher. The teacher came out to meet me, I told her about my daughter, my request & she said that sure they can try that, no problem. On 1st day she attended, her father went to pick her up, she was sitting against wall crying, scared & had been put w/babies in diapers & crawling. He got upset & asked me why she was in that classroom. Our daughter kept crying that she didn't want to be w/babies, as she was the youngest & was not used to that. I asked them why they had done that & gone back on their assurances to me, they apologized & said that those were their policies. I asked why had they not told me that before I had paid all the money & enrolled her. There were also instances where she was soiled w/urine & several times where she told us of being hurt & no incident report was given to us, her supplies that I had taken there had been lost too. I took her out of there & put her in another cntr. When that other place became too costly & was too much wear & tear on my car we considered giving them another chance, since she was already familiar w/the cntr, teachers. They apologized for previous incidents, assured me nothing else would happen & Keri, Director, even said that I wouldn't have to pay Deposit or Registration fee again. After several mnths of her being there I was told I owed Deposit & Registration fee, I reminded them of what Director had told me, however, they washed their hands, back peddled, told me to call Corp, which were very rude.
