The worst Walmart ever I went to return an item I bought online the website said I can go to any Walmart, they refused to to accept the product and said it was a new company policy I am a regular customer and I have returned many items online and this has never happened this is the worst walmart.

I think wal-mart should hire plug- in employees. Employees that know how to do different jobs. I’m in a hurry to cash a check and there is only one lane available but when you turn around you can probably count 15 employees

I should have wrote this review 2 years ago, but I am a patient man. There are many really friendly people who work there, AND OTHERS NOT SO MUCH, but way to many times at self checkout, the employees there act like your not scanning items, when you are 100% are, so this is an very unpleasant experience when I am spending my money at this store. They Do Not Like New Yorkers at all in my case 100%.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go to an actual cashier who scans everything for you and bags it all for as opposed to the self checkout. I WOULD RATHER WAIT IN A LINE THEN USE THEIR SELF CHECKOUT.

The worst experience with the attitude of the customer service staff, the manager refused to give me her full name, Walmart definitely needs to train its staff to have better customer service.
They didn't help me at all and were disrespectful.

Store has gotten a lot better. Much cleaner, stuff is in stock more than out of stock. Too many big
Walmart + carts in the aisles with pallets on the floor more often than not during busy times.
Plenty of self checkouts and now theyve opened 2-3 cashier's so it's usually not too bad, unless you're there during grocery rush hour. But I think that's everywhere in the Cape at a certain time of day.

Let start with the fact that it wasn’t properly stocked and at the time of “SELF” Checkout a lady walked to me and Replayed a video of me Scanning the merchandise to verify I wasn’t Stealing a Parmesan Cheese can (Really?), if I had time to do all the purchases elsewhere, I likely would have left all merchandise at the Self Checkout station and go elsewhere who respects me as a shopper, one thing is sure I’ll NEVER EVER going to that Walmart again.

I find in Walmart the products I need amd a good price.
