Clean facility, well organized and Right sized, still had to check myself out but supervising cashier is much nicer than Super Walmart's on Bayshore and 41. Being informative and civil is all I really expect. Also price lowered on black garlic (a delicacy and Superfood) which is appreciated..

Parking for in store pick up is not located in a good place. All the elderly have to walk further since in store pick up takes up the close spots. Not enough workers are at the registers anymore ?.

Ms. Johnson,
While I appreciate a quick response, I specifically advised the customer service agent that I would like to speak live. The service provided by your manager was disgraceful. It is obvious that customer service is not a concern of the store. From the people who fill online orders blocking isles without concern for customer access to the shelves to the lack of staff at the check out. I’m sure that the person at the checkout was frustrated since she was the only one, the line was long and growing and she had a customer who needed special assistance. But, when I asked her to call for assistance her response was inappropriate and disrespectful to me especially the sarcastic laughter and the response that I should talk to a manager. The manager was no less helpful as was the security agent. For management to tell a customer that if they don’t like the service to shop somewhere else should be grounds for termination. In addition, they told me to tell customer service that they are understaffed and need more help.
Your generic response indicates to me that the issue will be brushed under the rug and no action will be taken.
I give both positive and constructive feedback as appropriate and I do not appreciate the “canned response” to my concern
Also googles score for this location is fraud at best!!!
Kathryn Johnson’s response is what we have come to expect from a billions of dollar company!

Customer service keeps finding ways to save my perspective on how this store handles online orders/deliveries. I know there are third party shoppers and I'm trying to keep my cool, but it's tough. Someone keeps giving up on finding items and choosing very expensive substitutes that sometimes can be ridiculous. (Cucumber for Zucchini, being a less costly mistake but hilarious and the most ridiculous)
The major issue is that since I buy some items in bulk these poor substitutions can either be miserable for an extended duration or very very costly. The most expensive substitute cost me $50ish and it actually was less quantity on top of that.
There have been some questionable issues with price per oz/lb. I'm not sure what causes this but the gentlemen I spoke with at customer care said it's likely to be an algorithm issue for the IT department to play with. Basically the issue is that price per oz can change between at items page, and the substitution page, so there was a few cases where I paid more/got less. I hate that I have to use a calculator to ensure everything is good and correct. It makes it much much more work to sit and constantly watch my tablet an watch/manage the order as they pick it. (My last experience was the first time doing this, I still overlooked 2 items, one because I would have needed an accountant to calculate how different the pricing was, and due to that delay I missed rejecting another unfavorable substitution) It turned out I paid an additional $5 on that sub alone, keep in mind it's literally the same item in a smaller quantity. Youll see this most of the time and it can add up to fortunes if you were spend $400 per week and take the blind approach.
Ita a shame you have to actively watch them on your order page as they pick, but if you don't have all kinds that you could have prevented. I know the issues I'm facing are preventable. Sometimes you have to get a few bad substitutions in order to know what's good and what sucks. What I hate more than anything is getting smaller quantities of the same, especially if the price difference is absurd, and exponentially if I purchase said item in bulk. Just watch them carefully on the order page and you should catch the denial in time to prevent returns.
On the positive note, they have improved vastly since the start of Walmart+ but there is a lot of room for improvement. Some of it lies in IT, some in 3rd party but my suggestion is to remove 3rd party and accept accountability.

There revamp of the store recently has improved cleanliness. Things seem to be more in stock. Always extremely busy! Especially on the weekends.

When I need to I sometimes use this location as a curbside pick up. Today was no exception. I had my seats back in my small SUV and shopping bags that I use instead of bags for groceries. Not only do the curbside employees not use them (and I really shouldn't have to tell them to, they should be intelligent enough to ask), but they also trash the back of my truck with debris. This happens everytime I use this location. Please teach your staff to be respectful of other people's property, especially if your staff are placing food that customer paid for in their vehicle for them. It tells me your staff do not take pride in their job. If they treat customers vehicles like this, what makes you think it's different in their own vehicles.

Ive shopped here a while now. Every time im in theres a cashier thats there always, no one else to choose from He is always telling people how to stack their items on belt. He never nice. Always grumpy and compalining! Seems like he doesnt like his job or people. Every time i see him working makes me anxious!! Self check out shouldnt be the only choice beside him Please replace Ralph.

Legit the worst Walmart in the world!!The place is so disorganized and cluttered. You can not even walk up an isle because they are either filled with people stalking shelves (in the middle of the day?) or the workers with their giant order carts. There are very rude workers here, they don't say excuse me or let you by them when they are shopping for online orders. Employees are always talking in the middle of isles and by the self checkout area, which is another terrible set up and location for this store. Also the parking lot is complete chaos no matter what time of day you go there. I would never go here typically, but my daughter had a script filled there, they text me it was ready today (Sunday) and I get there, the pharmacy was closed, even though it says in the text they are open til 6pm.

There is plenty of parking and lots of self checkouts too. They have a refill your water jug station up front and a liquor store on the way out, what more can you ask for? Employees are always nice and I have yet to meet an employee that was not smiling or asking me if I am finding everything I need. Gotta love that.

Don't know what happened to this .store? I was in there sat 1/28 stock all over,some isles you couldn't even get down. And the people that are shopping for customers, forget it they run you over if you get in there path
